dc.description.abstractEl presente documento muestra un informe detallado de las labores realizadas por el autor durante la experiencia denominada “Práctica empresarial como apoyo a la gestión documental y presupuestal en la Secretaría de Planeación e Infraestructura en el Municipio de San Andrés, Santander” la cual se ideó con el propósito de apoyar la gestión documental y presupuestal en las fases iniciales proyectos de construcción o mantenimiento, razón por la cual se realiza la revisión de los procesos contractuales ejecutados por la dependencia en un lapso de tiempo de 5 años y, fundamentados en esto, se crea una base de datos que funcione como herramienta de apoyo a la hora de dar inicio a proyectos venideros en el sector de la construcción de obra pública e infraestructura en el Municipio. Por otra parte, se muestra la importancia de una correcta organización documental a la hora de ejecutar procesos de contratación y generación de documentos previos, con la finalidad de optimizar tiempo y recursos, esto se logra aprovechando las herramientas tecnológicas con las que se cuenta actualmente la institución. Además, se muestra el diseño dado al sistema de información que desde el inicio busco dar al usuario facilidad de acceso y revisión de los datos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document shows a detailed report of the work done by the author during the experience called "Business practice as support to the documentary and budgetary management in the Secretariat of Planning and Infrastructure in the Municipality of San Andres, Santander" which was designed with the purpose of supporting the documentary and budgetary management in the initial phases of construction or maintenance projects, For this reason, a review of the contractual processes executed by the agency in a period of 5 years is carried out and, based on this, a database is created to function as a support tool when starting future projects in the construction sector of public works and infrastructure in the Municipality. On the other hand, it is shown the importance of a correct documental organization at the time of executing contracting processes and generation of previous documents, with the purpose of optimizing time and resources, this is achieved by taking advantage of the technological tools that the institution currently has. In addition, it shows the design given to the information system that from the beginning sought to give the user easy access and review of the data.
