dc.description.abstractLa AACE (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International) en español (Asociación para el Avance de la Ingeniería de Costos Internacional) como organización que provee principios, conceptos y herramientas para la gestión de ingeniería de costos, desde 1956 (año de formación) ha venido realizando publicaciones de libros, artículos y prácticas que contribuyen con el mejoramiento de los proyectos a nivel internacional; dentro de estas prácticas recomendadas encontramos una llamada IMPLEMENTANDO LA CONSTRUCTABILIDAD DE PROYECTOS cuya existencia hasta la presentación del presente trabajo se encontraba en inglés. Una vez que se realizó la entrega de la práctica en versión original idioma inglés, se realizó la traducción al idioma español para facilitar su comprensión en los países que manejan esta lengua. Con el artículo traducido al español y luego de analizar e investigar su contenido, se realizó un diagnóstico a un proyecto de mejoramiento de un parque en el corregimiento de Yarima del municipio de San Vicente de Chucurí, Santander, al cual se identificaron las posibles falencias y se realizó un documento con las directrices para la implementación de la constructabilidad basados en las fallas más evidentes del proyecto que se encontraron en el diagnóstico y por supuesto aplicando los conceptos de la práctica recomendada de la AACE traducida al español. *
dc.description.abstractenglishAACE (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International) in Spanish (Association for the Advancement of International Cost Engineering) as an organization that provides principles, concepts and tools for cost engineering management, since 1956 (year of training) has been making publications of books, articles and practices that contribute to the improvement of projects at an international level; Within these recommended practices we find a call IMPLEMENTING THE CONSTRUCTABILITY OF PROJECTS whose existence until the presentation of this work was in English. Once the delivery of the practice in the original English version was made, the translation into Spanish was made to facilitate its understanding in the countries that handle this language. With the article translated into Spanish and after analyzing and investigating its content, a diagnosis was made to a project to improve a park in the corregimiento of Yarima in the municipality of San Vicente de Chucurí, Santander, to which possible shortcomings were identified and a document with the guidelines for the implementation of the constructability was made based on the most obvious failures of the project that were found in the diagnosis and of course applying the concepts of the recommended practice of the AACE translated into Spanish. *
