dc.description.abstractLa salsa de tomate es un producto de consumo masivo en Colombia utilizado como acompañante en la preparación de alimentos en los hogares y en diferentes sectores gastronómicos siendo un ingrediente fundamental en diferentes recetas. El tomate es una hortaliza con amplia tradición e importancia a nivel nacional debido a su alta demanda para la dieta alimenticia, siendo su cultivo un motor fundamental en la economía para algunas regiones del país. Implementar una planta procesadora y comercializadora de salsa de tomate en Betulia Santander, constituye una oportunidad para el fortalecimiento, progreso e innovación de la economía en el sector, así mismo se ofrecería una opción más saludable de salsa de tomate buscando posicionar una marca a nivel regional. Generando empleos dignos para los habitantes del municipio que carecen de falta de oportunidades y de empresas que apuesten por el talento local. Entre los resultados obtenidos se logra identificar un consumo promedio mensual de 3, 7 unidades de salsa de 400 gramos por hogar en el municipio, de acuerdo con esta información se establece una capacidad de producción utilizada y proyectada de 88.120 unidades al año, así mismo se define la infraestructura y talento humano fundamental para el correcto funcionamiento. Finalmente se establece una inversión total de $279.488.340 donde el 48,12% corresponden a socios fundadores, 41,15% a nuevos y el 10,73% a un crédito bancario, fijando un precio de venta en $10.140 por unidad de 400 gramos con un margen de utilidad del 20%.
dc.description.abstractenglishTomato sauce is a mass consumption product in Colombia used as an accompaniment in the preparation of food in homes and in different gastronomic sectors, being a fundamental ingredient in different recipes. Tomato is a vegetable with a long tradition and importance at the national level due to its high demand for the diet, its cultivation being a fundamental engine in the economy for some regions of the country. Implementing a tomato sauce processing and marketing plant in Betulia Santander constitutes an opportunity for the strengthening, progress and innovation of the economy in the sector, and a healthier option of tomato sauce would also be offered, seeking to position a brand at a regional level. Generating decent jobs for the inhabitants of the municipality who lack opportunities and companies that bet on local talent. Among the results obtained, it is possible to identify an average monthly consumption of 3.7 units of sauce of 400 grams per home in the municipality. According to this information, a used and projected production capacity of 88,120 units per year is established. defines the infrastructure and human talent essential for proper functioning. Finally, a total investment of $279,488,340 is established, where 48.12% corresponds to founding partners, 41.15% to new partners and 10.73% to a bank loan, setting a sales price of $10,140 per unit of 400 grams. with a profit margin of 20%.
