dc.description.abstractLa distancia entre los filósofos presocráticos y Jung pareciera ser muy grande, tanto en el tiempo como en sus ideas. Sin embargo, las preguntas que han aquejado a la humanidad parecen escapar del tiempo e insistir en la búsqueda de respuestas. La pregunta por el origen es una de esas cuestiones que trascienden en el devenir humano. En ese sentido, conceptos como physis y psique se presentan como el fundamento de lo real, lo que nos permite experimentar, pensar e imaginar el mundo. Physis en tanto arché, es el origen que en la primera filosofía jonia se tradujo como la materia primordial que Tales llamó Agua, Anaximandro lo indeterminado, Anaxímenes el aire y Heráclito el Fuego. Materia primordial que constituía una unidad entre materia, espíritu y vida. Igualmente para Jung, psique se presenta como la condición de posibilidad del mundo. Psique, al igual que arché, es origen de la multiplicidad de fuerzas contrarias presentes en el ser humano. Psique es ante todo totalidad. Este trabajo es un diálogo entre los primeros autores presocráticos y el psicoanalista suizo Carl Jung, para observar los conceptos physis y psique como aquellos núcleos que permiten la intelección del mundo en tanto este se manifiesta en dos realidades aparentemente contradictorias: la realidad material y la realidad espiritual. Esta contradicción entre ambas realidades es la causa fundamental para que la existencia sea posible. Este trabajo busca una reivindicación del espíritu en una época que lo está descartando del todo, el espíritu entendido como esa dimensión humana que no se puede entender mediante las ciencias exactas.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe distance between the pre-Socratic philosophers and Jung seems to be very great, both in time and in their ideas. However, the questions that have plagued humanity seem to escape time and insist on the search for answers. The question of origin is one of those questions that transcend human development. In that sense, concepts such as physis and psyche are presented as the foundation of reality, which allows us to experience, think and imagine the world. Physis as arché, is the origin that in the first Ionian philosophy was translated as the primordial matter that Thales called Water, Anaximander the indeterminate, Anaximenes the air and Heraclitus the Fire. Primordial matter that constituted a unity between matter, spirit and life. Likewise for Jung, psyche is presented as the condition of possibility of the world. Psyche, like arché, is the origin of the multiplicity of contrary forces present in the human being. Psyche is above all totality. This work is a dialogue between the first pre-Socratic authors and the Swiss psychoanalyst Carl Jung, to observe the concepts physis and psyche as those nuclei that allow the intellection of the world as it manifests itself in two apparently contradictory realities: material reality and reality spiritual. This contradiction between both realities is the fundamental cause for existence to be possible. This work seeks a vindication of the spirit in an era that is completely discarding it, the spirit understood as that human dimension that cannot be understood through the exact sciences.
