dc.description.abstractEn el presente artículo se plasmó la investigación y el análisis de ciclo rutas como medio de accesibilidad, entendiéndose como el fácil acceso de desplazamiento de un lugar a otro en Bucaramanga, una ciudad que avanza hacia la movilidad sostenible con respecto al uso de la bicicleta y la ciclo infraestructura existente, se recolectó la información relacionada con respecto a este medio de transporte alterno que permite la reintegración de la sostenibilidad a la ciudad y mejora la calidad de vida de sus habitantes; de igual forma la integración de políticas gubernamentales para el año actual donde las mejoras a las ciclo rutas y los lugares estratégicos para el uso de la bicicleta que se implementaron en la ciudad; un análisis comparativo buscó las deficiencias y debilidades con las que las rutas de ciclo vías cuenta y concebimos como producto buscar posibles soluciones a dichas debilidades de los recorridos ya planteados. Como sustentación teórica y contextual rige una revisión de bibliografía para ver los factores que influyen en la determinación de la accesibilidad para poder aplicarlo a este proyecto. Como resultado de este estudio se elaboró una simulación de la red vial en ciclo rutas en Bucaramanga existentes y se plantearon posibles tramos de red y/o posibles soluciones que pueden generar la correcta implementación de la red de ciclo rutas junto con otras ideas de cambio para lograr mejorar el caos vehicular que vivimos a día a día en la ciudad y que desmeritan la calidad de vida de los habitantes. Los productos se obtuvieron mediante la metodología SIG, ya que es una metodología de trabajo que utiliza un software informático con la finalidad de recopilar, administrar y analizar el diseño. Como programa directo esta ArcGIS el cual permitió materializar mediante planimetría los resultados de la investigación, se propuso futuras ampliaciones de la red de ciclo infraestructura, teniendo en cuenta los criterios de diseño de la red que sea coherente, segura, directa, cómoda y atractiva a los usuarios.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis article reflects the investigation and analysis of cycle routes as a means of accessibility in Bucaramanga, a city that is moving towards sustainable mobility with respect to the use of the bicycle and the existing cycle infrastructure, the collected information related to this means alternative transport that allows the reintegration of sustainability into the city and improves the quality of life of its inhabitants; in the same way, the integration of government policies for the current year where the improvements to the bike paths and the strategic places for the use of bicycles were implemented in the city; a comparative analysis look for the deficiencies and weaknesses the cycle routes have and we conceive as a product to the possible solutions to these weaknesses of the routes proposed. As theorical and contextual support, a bibliography review was used to see the factors that influence the determination of accessibility in order to apply it to this project. As a result of this study, a simulation of the existing road network in cycle routes in Bucaramanga have been prepared and possible sections of the network and / or possible solutions were proposed to generate the correct implementation of the cycle routes network together with other ideas of change to achieve improve the vehicular chaos that we live every day in the city and that detracts from the quality of life of the inhabitants. The products were obtained through the GIS methodology in which the ArcGIS program allows the results of the investigation to be materialized through planimetry, future extensions of the infrastructure cycle network are proposed, taking into account the design criteria of the network that is coherent, safe, direct, comfortable and attractive to users.
