dc.description.abstractUno de los retos a enfrentar en el funcionamiento, manejo y protección de obras lineales, como las redes de acueducto, refiere al control recurrente de los fenómenos de remoción en masa que pueden repercutir en su estado y funcionamiento. El canal de aducción del rio Tona, abastece la red de acueducto del municipio de Bucaramanga, y debido a que discurre por zonas de difícil topografía se encuentra expuesto a esta serie de factores, lo cual hace necesaria la implementación de estudios que garanticen el funcionamiento del mismo. Entre los trabajos desarrollados para tal fin, se contrató el desarrollo del estudio AVR por movimientos en masa a escala 1:2000 en sitios catalogados como críticos, a fin de evaluar y proponer obras de mitigación en los sectores catalogados con amenaza alta a procesos de remoción en masa. Debido a la complejidad técnica del estudio mencionado y a las fases que comprenden el desarrollo del mismo, se requirió la Interventoría técnica del contrato celebrado y se presenta en este artículo la metodología implementada para llevar a cabo el seguimiento, supervisión y control del proyecto en cuestión desde su planteamiento, ejecución y finalización, teniendo como referencia los lineamientos establecidos en las especificaciones técnicas del Contrato CTO-018-2020 del amb y la guía metodológica del SGC.
dc.description.abstractenglishOne of the challenges to solve in the operation, management and protection of linear works, such as aqueduct networks, refers to the recurrent control of mass removal phenomena that can affect their status and operation. The adduction channel of the Tona river supplies the aqueduct network of Bucaramanga city, and because it runs through areas of difficult topography it is exposed to this series of factors, which makes it necessary to implement studies that guarantee the operation. Among the works developed for this purpose, was contracted the AVR study for mass movements at a scale of 1: 2000 in sites classified as critical, in order to evaluate and propose mitigation works in the sectors classified as having a high threat to removal processes mass. Due to the technical complexity of the aforementioned study and the phases that comprise its development, the technical supervision of the contract signed was required and the methodology implemented to carry out the monitoring, supervision and control of the project in subject is presented in this article having as a reference the guidelines established in the technical specifications of the CTO-018-2020 Contract of the amb and the methodological guide of the SGC.
