| dc.description.abstract | Considerando que el aula de clase es un gran laboratorio de investigación para profundizar en temas que interesan en el medio universitario, por las situaciones e interrelaciones que se pueden propiciar, se ha establecido para el presente estudio que el trabajo de cátedra que se realiza para la asignatura Ética profesional abre la posibilidad de indagar sobre los juicios morales en los estudiantes. En este sentido, la pregunta que emergió como base del trabajo de investigación se plantea así: ¿Cuáles son los juicios morales sobre justicia que orientan a los estudiantes de 6º a 10º semestre de la Licenciatura en Música, Química e Ingeniería de sistemas de la Universidad Industrial de Santander ante situaciones en conflicto de valores?. Mediante un enfoque cualitativo etnográfico se busca hacer una construcción de la estructura moral existente en estudiantes universitarios teniendo en cuenta que investigaciones de tipo empírico sobre el tema no se encuentran en el medio universitario. Siguiendo el enfoque etnográfico se trazaron algunos esbozos generales del fenómeno estudiado, derivados de un análisis de los datos. En la siguiente etapa se ensamblaron los grupos de datos articulándolos para conseguir un todo coherente construyéndose un donde se condensaron los elementos básicos del fenómeno, relatando, a su vez, los principales acontecimientos y cuestiones descubiertos en el curso de la investigación. Para en la siguiente fase ir separando, encajando, comparando y contrastando las notas de campo, lo cual constituyó el centro del proceso de análisis permitiendo cumplir con el objetivo trazado. | dc.description.abstractenglish | Considering that the class classroom is a great investigation laboratory to deepen in topics that they interest in the university means, for the situations and interrelations that can be propitiated, he/she has settled down for the present study that the class work that is carried out for the professional Ethical subject opens the possibility to investigate on the moral trials in the students. In this sense, the question that emerged like base of the investigation work thinks about this way: Which are the moral trials about justice that you/they guide the students from 6º to 10º semester of Music's careers, Chemistry and Engineering of systems of the Industrial University of Santander before situations in conflict of values?. By means of a qualitative focus of ethnography it is looked for to make a construction of the existent moral structure in university students keeping in mind that investigations of empiric type on the topic are not in the university means. Following the focus etnograph some general sketches of the studied phenomenon was traced, derived of an analysis of the data. In the following stage the groups of data were assembled articulating them to get an all coherent one being built a where they condensed the basic elements of the phenomenon relating, in turn, the main events and questions discovered in the course of the investigation. For in the following phase to go separating, fitting, comparing and contrasting the field notes, that which constituted the center of the analysis process allowing to fulfill the objective layout. Inside the results voucher the pain to stand out that, also, of being made the analysis and the reading of the moral reasonings about the students' justice it is located, in turn, the predominant moral stadium and the other present stadiums in them in their moral structure. In a same way, other ethical concepts that are interwoven with that of justice from the trial and the moral action of the students settled down. The study can interest as long as knowing the moral trials of the students of the institution will be able to us to guide, later on, in the construction of a curriculum and of methodological strategies that allow a bigger development of the moral trial of the professionals of the professionals from graduate from of the UIS; besides being able to serve as a possible indicator of the ethos that you could guide in the articulation of the UIS with their society. | |
