dc.description.abstract	El Instituto de la Juventud, el Deporte y la Recreación de Bucaramanga (INDERBU), como entidad pública del orden municipal, tiene como objetivo ofrecer, promover y brindar acceso al ejercicio del deporte, la recreación, la educación física y el uso productivo del tiempo libre. En su compromiso con el bienestar de la población, reconoce la importancia de una gestión efectiva del talento humano. En este sentido, y teniendo en cuenta su crecimiento continuo, se detectó la necesidad de desarrollar un plan de mejoramiento para optimizar el proceso actual. El plan de mejora se basó en un diagnóstico inicial que evaluó el estado del área de talento humano bajo la guía metodológica para la Gestión del Rendimiento del Modelo Integrado de Planeación y Gestión (MIPG). Para ello, se recolectó y analizó información del instituto referente al proceso de gestión del talento humano. A partir de esto, se generaron propuestas y estrategias que contribuyeron a la mejora del área y de sus subprocesos, de acuerdo con los resultados del diagnóstico. Consecuentemente, el instituto aprobó las propuestas prioritarias del plan de mejora, las cuales eran de gran interés para la institución, las cuales abordaron aspectos como el control del ausentismo, la clarificación de perfiles y responsabilidades, la mejora en la selección y reclutamiento de personal, la orientación de nuevos colaboradores, la evaluación del desempeño y el fortalecimiento del clima organizacional. Finalmente, se diseñó e implementó un sistema de indicadores de gestión, el cual permitió a la institución medir el avance en el cumplimiento de los objetivos del plan de mejora. Se socializaron los resultados con el instituto y se realizaron conclusiones y recomendaciones del trabajo realizado.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The Instituto de Juventud, el Deporte y la Recreación de Bucaramanga (INDERBU), as a public entity at the municipal level, aims to offer, promote and provide access to the practice of sports, recreation, physical education and the productive use of free time. In its commitment to the well-being of the population, it recognizes the importance of effective human talent management. In this sense, and taking into account its continuous growth, the need to develop an improvement plan to optimize the current process was detected. The improvement plan was based on an initial diagnosis that evaluated the state of the human talent area under the methodological guide for Performance Management of the Integrated Planning and Management Model (MIPG). To do this, information from the institute regarding the human talent management process was collected and analyzed. From this, proposals and strategies were generated that contributed to the improvement of the area and its sub-processes, according to the results of the diagnosis. Consequently, the institute approved the priority proposals of the improvement plan, which were of great interest to the institution, which addressed aspects such as absenteeism control, clarification of profiles and responsibilities, improvement in the selection and recruitment of personnel, the orientation of new employees, performance evaluation and the strengthening of the organizational climate. Finally, a management indicators system was designed and implemented, which allowed the institution to measure the progress in meeting the objectives of the improvement plan. The results were shared with the institute and conclusions and recommendations of the work carried out were made.
