dc.description.abstractEl desarrollo de la práctica jurídico social en la Secretaría de Educación Departamental tuvo como plataforma el convenio interinstitucional de colaboración entre la Universidad Industrial de Santander y la Gobernación de Santander. La Secretaría de Educación Departamental, como entidad certificada en educación, es la autoridad competente para ejercer la administración de todo lo relacionado con la prestación del servicio educativo, de carácter oficial, en ochenta y dos municipios de Santander. El principal objetivo fue llevar a cabo una experiencia formativa, desde lo práctico, para analizar de cerca la garantía de los denominados derechos conexos y su incidencia en el ejercicio del derecho fundamental a la Educación. La proyección de respuestas a derechos de petición, recursos, tutelas y actos administrativos fue la labor especifica que permitió conocer de fondo los casos en donde estaban comprometidos derechos conexos al Derecho a la Educación y evidenciar su relevancia jurídica. La modalidad de grado como práctica se llevó a cabo en el término de dieciséis semanas, a partir del 14 de junio del 2016 hasta el 14 de octubre de 2016, en donde en primer lugar realicé un diagnóstico conforme a los objetivos misionales de la entidad, su estructura de administración y funcionamiento. En segundo lugar, la proyección de respuestas a derechos de petición, recursos, tutelas y actos administrativos propios de la competencia legal de la Secretaría de Educación Departamental. En tercer lugar, el análisis de lo elaborado y su relación con los derechos conexos al derecho a la Educación teniendo en cuenta un marco conceptual y normativo. Y finalmente, la compilación con sus respectivas conclusiones
