dc.description.abstractEste proyecto de grado estara ubicada en la vereda Cocoteros del municipio del Playón, Santander, surge como respuesta a las problemáticas económicas y ambientales que afectan a la región. Esta investigación plantea estrategias innovadoras que promueven el desarrollo de la producción porcícola teniendo en cuenta la generación de empleo y la inclusión de prácticas sostenibles que benefician la economía local y del sector agropecuario, se busca diseñar un modelo integral de granja porcícola, lo cual se garantiza desde la consecución de los objetivos específicos, para lograr los objetivos se aplica una metodología de carácter inductivo-deductivo con línea cualitativa, esto es, la combinación tanto de observaciones directas, análisis de prácticas existentes, entrevistas con expertos en agronomía y zootecnia como de aplicación de normativas, estudio de pecuarios y financieros que permitan evaluar la viabilidad económica y técnica del proyecto. Frente a los resultados se espera la congruencia entre un modelo viable y sustentable con el potencial para transformar la explotación porcícola desde la producción moderna en sintonía con las necesidades de la comunidad. La implementación de tecnologías innovadoras y la optimización de los espacios de la finca contribuirán a mejorar la productividad, disminuir el impacto ambiental y generar un impacto positivo en la economía local, beneficiando a productores, familias y la comunidad.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis degree project will be located in the village of Cocoteros in the municipality of Playón, Santander, arises as a response to the economic and environmental problems that affect the region. This research proposes innovative strategies that promote the development of pig production taking into account the generation of employment and the inclusion of sustainable practices that benefit the local economy and the agricultural sector, it seeks to design a comprehensive model of pig farm, which is guaranteed from the achievement of the specific objectives, to achieve the objectives an inductive-deductive methodology is applied with a qualitative line, that is, the combination of direct observations, analysis of existing practices, interviews with experts in agronomy and zootechnics as well as the application of regulations, livestock and financial studies that allow the economic and technical viability of the project to be evaluated. In view of the results, the congruence between a viable and sustainable model with the potential to transform pig farming from modern production in tune with the needs of the community is expected. The implementation of innovative technologies and the optimization of the farm's spaces will contribute to improving productivity, reducing environmental impact and generating a positive impact on the local economy, benefiting producers, families and the community.
