dc.description.abstract	El desarrollo social, cultural y económico de la población mundial, ha sido posible gracias al desplazamiento de los seres humanos hacia otros lugares del mundo y al intercambio de productos y servicios a través de los diferentes medios de transporte. Desde el inicio de la humanidad, las necesidades humanas han sido, interrelacionarse entre sí, dando paso a la búsqueda de estrategias para minimizar costos, tiempo y maximizar utilidades y beneficios. Los medios de transporte han sido, una de las invenciones más importantes para la civilización y evolución humana, dando paso al intercambio cultural, demográfico y a la globalización tecnológica actual. Las modalidades de transporte son diversas, como el bus, el auto, la moto, la bicicleta, el barco, el avión, entre otros, los cuales cumplen una función particular: transportar, llevar personas y/o cosas, unos más rápidos y otros más lentos. El presente artículo, busca identificar y caracterizar los parámetros y/o estrategias que inciden de forma directa e indirecta en el desarrollo de la movilidad sostenible con enfoque en medios no motorizados en el mundo para ser aplicado a través de estrategias en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, con el propósito de mejorar la calidad de vida, mejorar el transporte y movilidad en la ciudad, dinamizar el crecimiento económico, social y ambiental de sus habitantes. Para la recolección de datos se hizo a través de la metodología de análisis sistemático de fuentes bibliográficas, de donde se tomó la información sobre modelos utilizados en otras ciudades, a nivel mundial y que pueden llegar a ser posibles alternativas para implementar y así mejorar el servicio de tránsito y transporte urbano. Por último, se diseñó una guía estratégica para disminuir el uso del transporte motorizado, a través de medios no motorizados, que sean implementados en la ciudad de Bucaramanga.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The social, cultural and economic development of the world population has been possible thanks to the movement of human beings to other parts of the world and the exchange of products and services through different means of transport. Since the beginning of humanity, human needs have been interrelated, giving way to the search for strategies to minimize costs, time and maximize profits and benefits. The means of transport have been one of the most important inventions for civilization and human evolution, giving way to cultural and demographic exchange and current technological globalization. The modes of transport are diverse, such as the bus, the car, the motorcycle, the bicycle, the boat, the plane, among others, which fulfill a particular function: transport, carry people and / or things, some faster and others slower. This article seeks to identify and characterize the parameters and / or strategies that directly and indirectly affect the development of sustainable mobility with a focus on non-motorized means in the world to be applied through strategies in the city of Bucaramanga, with the purpose of improving the quality of life, improving transportation and mobility in the city, boosting the economic, social and environmental growth of its inhabitants. For the data collection, it was done through the methodology of systematic analysis of bibliographic sources, from which the information on models used in other cities, worldwide, was taken and that may become possible alternatives to implement and thus improve the service. Traffic and urban transport. Finally, a strategic guide was designed to reduce the use of motorized transport, through non-motorized means, to be implemented in the city of Bucaramanga.
