dc.description.abstractEsta investigación está enfocada en calcular y analizar la eficiencia de los sistemas de bombeo mecánico de una muestra representativa de pozos, pertenecientes al campo llanito, de la Superintendencia de Mares de la Gerencia Regional Magdalena Medio, para con esta información realizar seguimiento a los sistemas de levantamiento artificial de las instalaciones actúales, para tener una visión clara de que variables que afectan el desempeño de los sistemas de bombeo mecánico y así incrementar esfuerzos para conseguir los mayores beneficios de los mismos. La implementación de esta herramienta tiene como objetivo principal facilitar los trabajos de diagnostico de pozos en producción para disminuir costos y optimizar los recursos instalados tanto en subsuelo como en superficie. Se realizan los cálculos necesarios para determinar la eficiencia de levantamiento, la eficiencia mecánica y la eficiencia de motor de los pozos seleccionados y con base en el análisis se realizan las recomendaciones pertinentes para aumentar la producción de cada uno de ellos. Finalmente se recomienda implementar el cálculo de la eficiencia del sistema de levantamiento, para optimizar los tiempos de detección de puntos a mejorar buscando aumento de producción en las áreas. Se realizan los cálculos necesarios para determinar la eficiencia de levantamiento, la eficiencia mecánica y la eficiencia de motor de los pozos seleccionados y con base en el análisis se realizan las recomendaciones pertinentes para aumentar la producción de cada uno de ellos
dc.description.abstractenglishThis research is focused in calculate and analyze the sucker rod pumping systems efficiency of a representative samples of oil-wells at Campo Llanito of the Superintendence of mares of the Magdalena Medio Regional Management; in order to follow-up the artificial lifting systems at the current facilities, to have a clear view of the variables that affect the performance of the sucker rod pumping systems, and enhance efforts towards better results. The implementation of this tool, has as main objective to facilitate the diagnose jobs of an active oil-well in pursuance of cost diminishing and optimize the installed underground and in surface resources. The needed calculations were done to determine the lifting™s efficiency, the mechanical efficiency and the engine™s efficiency of the selected oil-wells. Based on the analysis, are done the recommendations to increase the production of each one of them. Finally it is recommended to implement the calculation of the lifting system efficiency, to optimize the detection times of items to improve, looking forward for a production increase.
