| dc.description.abstract | Revisión del manejo farmacológico y no farmacológico frente a la intervención de enfermería: Manejo del dolor; fundamentado en el proceso de enfermería estableciendo la necesidad de la intervención de la enfermería para el alivio del dolor como herramienta en la disminución de las complicaciones de los pacientes bajo analgesia en estado crítico. Ya que el 30% al 70% de los pacientes críticamente enfermos se encuentran afectados por el dolor durante la estancia en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos, siendo en más de la mitad de los casos referido como moderado a severo, con un porcentaje de administración de analgésicos alto, mostrando una referencia adecuada para el manejo de estos fármacos. Se debe considerar el manejo del dolor como un deber ético que involucra a todas las personas en su tratamiento que este debe ser prioritario. En la actualidad el personal de enfermería que labora en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos valora la presencia del dolor pero no lleva a cabo un registro oportuno y adecuado de los cambios del mismo en los pacientes, además delega el cuidado en la administración de medicamentos según la orden médica sin hacer una correcta valoración, planificación y evaluación de los resultados, ni tampoco se están utilizando las innumerables actividades no farmacológicas que contempla la CIEN las cuales arrojan un mínimo porcentaje en los estudios reciente realizados, perdiendo la identidad propia del plan de cuidado de enfermería, y de igual manera tampoco se tienen en cuenta la clasificación de los resultados de enfermería (CRE) | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Revision of the pharmacological and not pharmacological handling in front of the infirmary intervention: I Manage of the pain; based in the infirmary process establishing the necessity of the intervention of the infirmary for the relief of the pain like tool in the decrease of the complications of the patients low analgesia in critical state. Since 30% to 70% of the critically sick patients is affected by the pain during the stay in the Unit of Intensive Cares, being in more than half of the cases referred as moderate to severe, with an administration percentage of analgesic high, showing an appropriate reference for the handling of these fármacos. It should be considered the handling of the pain like an ethical duty that it involves all the people in their treatment that this it should be high-priority. At the present time the infirmary personnel that works in the Unit of Intensive Cares values the presence of the pain but it doesn't carry out an opportune and appropriate registration of the changes of the same one in the patients, it also delegates the care in the administration of medications according to the medical order without making a correct valuation, planning and evaluation of the results, neither neither the countless non pharmacological activities are using that it contemplates the A HUNDRED which throw a minimum percentage in the carried out recent studies, losing the identity characteristic of the plan of infirmary care, and in a same way neither are kept in mind the classification of the infirmary results (he BELIEVES) | |
