dc.description.abstract	La comunicación aparece como un factor determinante de los procesos pedagógicos desde el lenguaje oral y corporal; además las actitudes del maestro y el carisma ayudan a compartir y a enriquecer el intercambio comunicativo desde su ser y su quehacer pedagógico apoyando el proceso de autoconfianza en el estudiante, la educación de las emociones y la adquisición de los saberes en las diferentes disciplinas. La investigación se desarrolla en una Institución educativa oficial como parte del PEI que implementa la pedagogía del Sistema Preventivo, caracterizado por un ambiente positivo tejido de relaciones interpersonales mediante el diálogo y la conversación, reanimado por la presencia solidaria y promotora de los educadores y labor protagonizada por los estudiantes. El trabajo presenta los hallazgos de un estudio etnográfico cuyo objetivo fue caracterizar el proceso de comunicación que se da en el aula entre estudiantes y maestros del grado 6º con el fin de reflexionar y renovar espacios que generen nuevas experiencias educativas y comunicativas. Los fundamentos teóricos que permitieron comprender y argumentar el proceso investigativo fueron la Teoría de la acción comunicativa, la edu-comunicación en el siglo XXI y el discurso en el aula; los cuales aportaron al avance en los antecedentes investigativos, a la reflexión crítica, y a las teorías relacionadas con el uso de las TIC en educación de tal forma que contribuya a abrir procesos de comunicación en el aula, como aportes desde la academia a otras Instituciones educativas.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The communication appears like a determine factor of the pedagogical processes from oral and corporal language, beesides the teachers attitudes and charisma help to share and enrich the communicative interchange from his/her being and pedagogica doing supporting the process of self confidence in the student, the education of the emotions and the acquisition of the knowings in the differente disciplines. The research is Developed inan official educative institution that, like part of its IEP, follows the pedagogy of the preventive system, characterized by a positive ambient weaves by the interpersonal relations with the dialogue and conversation, revived by the solidarity presence animate and promote of the teachers and labor protagonisted by students. The work presents the findigs of an etnographical study whose objective is to characterize the communication process that gives into the classroom among teachers and students of sixth grade with the end of reflecting and renovating spaces that generate new communicative and educative experiences. The theorical groudworks that allowed to understand and to argue the researrchs process were the theory of communicative action, la edu-commnication in the XXI century and the discourse into the classroom, which contributed the advance in the researchs background, to lthe critical reflection and to the theories related to use of CIT in education, oof a way tha contribuyes to open processes of communication into the classroom, like contributions from the academ to other educative institutions.
