dc.description.abstract	El presente documento describe las actividades realizadas en INGEPROM LTDA para lograr implementar un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad. Estas actividades son muy variadas y abarcan, desde su planteamiento y concepción, hasta la ejecución de las correcciones detectadas en dos auditorías, una interna y la otra externa. Este proyecto se basa en el ciclo PHVA. Por lo tanto, se inicia con la elaboración de un diagnóstico el cual permite establecer el punto de partida inicial del proyecto, identificando el estado inicial de la empresa con respecto a los requisitos de la NTC-ISO 9001:2008. Posteriormente se definen los compromisos de la empresa para lograr la satisfacción del cliente y la mejora continua de La Empresa, y se asignan los recursos necesarios para la operación del sistema. En la segunda etapa se realizan las labores de sensibilización y capacitación a los integrantes de La Empresa, al tiempo que se elaboran los documentos del Sistema de Gestión. En la tercera etapa, se revisan las acciones ejecutadas para rectificar los errores y mejorar el desempeño, esto se logra revisando los indicadores (en especial el de satisfacción al cliente), aplicando acciones correctivas y preventivas, haciendo la revisión por la dirección y las auditorías al sistema. Por último se ejecutan las actividades propuestas en las acciones preventivas y correctivas. Al finalizar este proyecto, se lograron todos los objetivos propuestos y el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad implementado logró la aprobación por parte de La Auditora de ICONTEC para que le sea otorgada la certificación en ISO 9001.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The present document describes the activities released in the company INGEPROM LTDA for implementation of a quality management system. These activities are varied and begin with planning and conception, until implementation of the corrections identified in two audits, one internal and one external. This project is based on the PDCA cycle. Therefore, begins with making a diagnosis which can set the initial starting point of the project, identifying the initial state of the company with respect to the NTC-ISO 9001:2008 standards. Then the commitments of the company to achieve customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the Company are defined, and the resources for the operation of the system are assigned. In the second stage, awareness and training activities are carried out to members of The Company, while preparing the documents management system. In the third stage, the actions taken to rectify the errors and improve performance are reviewed, this is achieved by checking the indicators (in particular customer satisfaction), applying corrective and preventive actions, making the management review and audit the system. Finally, in the final stage run the activities proposed in corrective and preventive actions. Upon completion of this project, all the objectives were achieved and the Quality Management System implemented won approval from the Auditor ICONTEC to be granted the ISO 9001 certification.
