dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto propone una estrategia didáctica orientada a fortalecer la enseñanza de la asignatura de Sistemas de Información en el programa de Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. La propuesta se basa en el uso de herramientas de Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps y Power Automate) y fue diseñada bajo el modelo instruccional ADDIE, integrando metodologías activas como el Aprendizaje Basado en Proyectos, la gamificación y elementos de SCRUM educativo. Como parte de su implementación, se realizó una prueba piloto con estudiantes de la asignatura, evidenciando mejoras en el desarrollo de competencias técnicas y transversales. Los resultados mostraron un incremento en la percepción de preparación para el entorno laboral y una mayor motivación hacia el uso de herramientas digitales en el aprendizaje. Esta propuesta representa un aporte innovador para enfrentar los retos de la Industria 4.0 desde la educación superior.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This project presents a didactic strategy aimed at enhancing the teaching of the Information Systems course in the Industrial Engineering program at Universidad Industrial de Santander. Based on the ADDIE instructional model, the strategy integrates Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) along with active methodologies such as Project-Based Learning, gamification, and SCRUM. A pilot test was conducted with students of the course, showing significant improvements in both technical and transversal competencies. The results revealed increased motivation and a better perception of readiness for the job market. This proposal contributes to the development of relevant skills for Industry 4.0 in higher education.
