dc.description.abstract	La gestión de proyectos es de suma importancia tanto en la planificación como en la ejecución de los proyectos de construcción ya que nos permite llevar un monitoreo y control de los costos, recursos y tiempos del proyecto, siendo estos aspectos que me afectan directamente la buena ejecución de una obra. Teniendo esto como pilar fundamental, se realizó la siguiente práctica empresarial apoyando la gestión de proyectos en la empresa GMP Ingenieros SAS., la cual tiene bajo su poder la construcción de instituciones educativas en Santander en el marco de la implementación de la jornada única escolar propuesta por el gobierno nacional. La finalidad de este artículo es dar a conocer el proceso llevado a cabo en esta práctica en la cual se apoyaron las labores de gestión de novedades contractuales, control de las obras mediante la revisión de informes semanales de obra, apoyo en los comités de gestión a los que tuviera que asistir el coordinador de obra y realización de presupuestos de las obras complementarias que se presentaran en algunos de los proyectos. Este último proceso se formalizó haciendo un detalle minucioso de todos los aspectos que se deben tener en cuenta para la elaboración de un presupuesto con el fin de ser usado para fines académicos y será presentado como un anexo del presente artículo.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Project management is of utmost importance both in the planning and in the execution of construction projects since it allows us to monitor and control the costs, resources and times of the project, being these aspects that directly affect the good execution. Having this as a fundamental pillar, the following business practice was carried out supporting the management of projects in the company GMP Ingenieros SAS, which has under its power the construction of educational institutions in Santander within the framework of the implementation of the single school day proposed by the national government. The purpose of this article is to publicize the process carried out in this practice in which the work of management of contractual developments, control of the works was supported by reviewing weekly work reports, support in the management committees to those who had to attend the coordinator of work and realization of budgets of the complementary works that were presented in some of the projects. This last process will be formalized by giving a detailed detail of all the aspects that must be taken into account for the preparation of a budget in order to be used for academic purposes and will be presented as an annex to this article.
