dc.description.abstract	Este documento representa el trabajo que se realizó como proyecto de grado en modalidad de práctica empresarial como auxiliar de ingeniería civil en el seguimiento de proyectos de obra civil en subestaciones eléctricas y líneas de transmisión de energía en la empresa SD S.A.S. con el objetivo de optar por el título de ingeniero civil. Durante la práctica, se creó un documento en Excel para monitorear los proyectos de obra civil con su respectivo instructivo. A su vez, se propuso desarrollar un módulo de “gestión de proyectos” para unificar la documentación de estos y llevar un control de seguimiento a través de una plataforma interna denominada "ControlSD". El propósito fue garantizar el seguimiento, control, colaboración y resguardo de información de los diferentes proyectos en ejecución, brindando una gestión eficiente de la documentación y generando informes gerenciales mediante indicadores en un Dashboard. A su vez, se realizaron reuniones de comité de seguimiento para los proyectos llevando un monitoreo semanalmente identificando desviaciones, problemáticas o retrasos con el fin de generar medidas correctivas y agilizar procesos que interfieran con el avance del proyecto, para esto también se llevó el manejo de información en la plataforma Monday.com como almacenamiento de documentación y seguimiento al avance de obra. Con esto se pretende que la empresa evite sobrecostos, atrasos en las fechas estipuladas en los cronogramas de ejecución y que finalmente tenga en el sistema una correcta gestión en el seguimiento y control de los proyectos que se ejecuten. Se cumplió con el objetivo general del proyecto al brindar apoyo en el desarrollo de diversas actividades como auxiliar de ingeniería civil para los proyectos asignados al practicante.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document represents the work done as a graduate project in the form of business practice as a civil engineering assistant in the monitoring of civil works projects in electrical substations and power transmission lines in the company SD S.A.S. to opt for the title of civil engineer. During the internship, an Excel document was created to monitor civil works projects with their respective instructions. At the same time, it was proposed to develop a module of "project management" to unify the documentation of these projects and keep track of them through an internal platform called "ControlSD". The purpose was to guarantee the follow-up, control, collaboration and safeguarding of information of the different projects under execution, providing an efficient management of the documentation and generating management reports through indicators in a Dashboard. At the same time, follow-up committee meetings were held for the projects, with weekly monitoring to identify deviations, problems, or delays to generate corrective measures and streamline processes that interfere with the progress of the project, for which information management was also carried out on the Monday.com platform as storage of documentation and monitoring of the progress of the work. This is intended to help the company avoid cost overruns, delays in the dates stipulated in the execution schedules and, finally, to have in the system a correct management in the follow-up and control of the projects being executed. The general objective of the project was met by providing support in the development of various activities as a civil engineering assistant for the projects assigned to the intern.
