dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado se desarrolló en la Coordinación de Servicios Integrales de Salud y Desarrollo Psicosocial de Bienestar Estudiantil de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, en el marco de la practica Jurídico social. Su ejecución se orientó a brindar apoyo jurídico al subproceso de atención en salud, mediante la revisión y análisis de los formatos, guías y consentimientos informados utilizados en la prestación de los servicios dirigidos a la comunidad estudiantil. El objetivo principal consiste en apoyar jurídicamente a la Coordinación en la revisión y análisis de documentos que permiten garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente, fortalecer la seguridad jurídica del personal profesional que ayuda a contribuir en la salud de los estudiantes, con especial atención a las situaciones donde se involucren estudiantes menores de edad. Para ellos, se realizó una revisión normativa y documental, así como un acercamiento directo con los profesionales de las distintas áreas, a través de espacios de diálogo y la aplicación de cuestionarios que permitieran identificar retos y dificultades que pudieran tener en el ejercicio de sus funciones.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This undergraduate thesis was developed within the Coordination of Comprehensive Health Services and Psychosocial Development of Student Welfare at the Universidad Industrial de Santander, within the framework of the Social Legal Practice. Its implementation was aimed at providing legal support to the healthcare service sub-process through the review and analysis of the forms, guidelines, and informed consent documents used in the provision of services directed at the student community. The main objective was to provide legal support to the Coordination in the review and analysis of documents that ensure compliance with current regulations, strengthen the legal certainty of the professional staff, and contribute to the protection of students, with special attention to situations involving underage students. To this end, a regulatory and documentary review was conducted, along with direct engagement with professionals from different areas through dialogue sessions and the application of questionnaires, which made it possible to identify challenges and difficulties they may face in the exercise of their professional duties.
