dc.description.abstract	La Estación de Servicio Aranzoque busca herramientas que faciliten el buen desarrollo de los procesos controlando así la seguridad de los trabajadores y demás personal dentro de las instalaciones de la empresa. Para permitir el control de los riesgos de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional y mejorar el desempeño de la empresa, en la Estación de Servicio Aranzoque se diseñó, documentó e implementó el Programa de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional bajo los lineamientos de la guía técnica Colombiana GTC 34 y de la norma técnica Colombiana NTC OHSAS 18001:2007. La Norma Técnica Colombiana OHSAS 18001:2007 es una herramienta que permite identificar, priorizar y gestionar la salud y los riesgos laborales, asegurando el bienestar y la salud de los trabajadores, siendo estos el recurso más importante para el desempeño de la estación. En la implementación se establecen los subprogramas de higiene y seguridad industrial, medicina preventiva, medicina del trabajo, desarrollados según los lineamientos de la guía técnica Colombiana GTC 34, dentro de los cuales se describen las actividades en el panorama de factores de riesgo. La alta gerencia toma la decisión de implementar el Programa de Salud Ocupacional, asegurando el cumplimiento de la legislación aplicable, administrando los riesgos que afectan las condiciones de salud y seguridad de los empleados y asegurando un mejoramiento continuo y la buena imagen de la empresa ante todas las partes interesadas.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The Service Station Aranzoque searches tools for the effective development of the processes and so is able to control the safety of workers and other personnel within the company premises. To allow control of the risks of Safety and Occupational Health, and to designed, documented and implemented the Program of Safety and Occupational Health under the guidelines of the Colombian technical guide GTC 34 and of the Colombian technical standard NTC OHSAS 18001: 2007. Colombian Technical Standard NTC OHSAS 18001:2007 is a tool to identify, prioritize and manage health and occupational risks, ensuring the welfare and health of workers, being they the most important resource for the performance of the station. In the implementation there establish the subprograms of hygiene and industrial safety, preventive medicine and medicine of the work, constructed according to the limits of the Colombian technical guide GTC 34, inside which the different activities are described in the panorama of factors of risk. Senior management took the decision to implement the Occupational Health Program, ensuring compliance with the applicable law, managing the risks that affect the health and safety of employees and ensuring a continuous improvement and good corporate image to all stakeholders.
