dc.description.abstract	Éste proyecto establece los requerimientos de una solución de diseño que permita una postura con la menor carga intradiscal y mínima sensación de incomodidad en trabajo de oficina durante tiempo prolongado. Para alcanzar el propósito establecido se ha planteado el desarrolló de varias etapas: estructuración, análisis, proceso de diseño y solución. La primera hace referencia a la revisión de la literatura que permitió plantear las hipótesis del estudio y definir las características que debe tener una silla de oficina para uso prolongado. Con base en lo anterior se determinaron los requerimientos emocionales y formal-estéticos que representan la percepción de comodidad para el usuario. De igual forma se deduce que la silla debe ser ajustada cada intervalo de tiempo debido a la presencia de posturas estáticas prolongadas durante la jornada de trabajo, las cuáles son asociadas con la incomodidad y su posterior incidencia en la aparición del
dc.description.abstractenglish	This project sets out requirements of a design solution that allows a position with the least load intradiscal and minimum discomfort in office work for prolonged time. To achieve the stated purpose has set the development of several stages: structuring, analysis, process of design and solution. The first refers to the literature review that led to proposing the study hypotheses and define the quality must have an office chair for prolonged use. Based on the foregoing requirements were determined emotional and aesthetic formally representing the perception of comfort to the user. Likewise, it follows that the seat must be adjusted each time interval due to the presence of prolonged static postures during the working day, which are associated with discomfort and the subsequent impact on the appearance of low back pain. Having established the requirements and design parameters are making the alternatives to solution final proposal and thus is manufactured the functional prototype. Finally, there is the design of experiments to validate the hypotheses of the test results it is concluded that some aspects that define the chair comfortable if they have a different response before and after use, furthermore the proposed chair is perceived more comfortable after use compared with the comparison chair. Also, the discomfort felt with the proposed chair is less than in the comparison chair and therefore validates that the variation of the inclination and the presence of lumbar support to mitigate the discomfort caused by prolonged use.
