| dc.description.abstractenglish | The theory of fuzzy sets was suggested by the professor Lofti Asker Zadeh in his article “Fuzzy Sets” in 1965. The aim of the theory is to work with the imprecision and the uncertainty of the information which describe some phenomena that we find in the universe. There have been formulated many articles about the development of the theory since 1965. That’s how the professor Marko Rojas Medar, professor of the University of Campinas, SP-Brazil, published an article called “On the equivalence of convergence of fuzzy sets” and he does, later, a work called “Análisis Fuzzy Multívoco”. This work is the most important topic of this monography. The following work is divided into four chapters. In the first one, there is a presentation of the most important tools to develop this work as concepts related to the metric spaces, Kuratowski’s convergence and Hausdorff metric. In the second one, it can be found the essential part of the theory of fuzzy sets, where are presented, the theoretical concepts, definitions, connections between fuzzy sets and crisp sets, operations, properties and, representations of these sets. In third one, some kind of convergence are defined about the space Kn of the fuzzy sets on R n and its interrelations. Finally, It will be done a brief remark of the applications about the theory of fuzzy sets in different fields. The main aim is to have a first approximation as well analysis of fuzzy sets as to its convergence; therefore, to try to give a first step in the communication of this theory between the community interested in the subject. In each chapter, we find a determined number of examples, which are proposed for to join and to obtain a better understanding of the concepts and theorems presented here. | |
