dc.description.abstract	En la presente investigación se presenta el concepto de Valor Compartido propuesto por Porter y Kramer en el año 2011, aplicado a las Empresas certificadas por el B-Lab, lo cual consiste en determinar por medio de un Índice de Desempeño de Valor Compartido (IDVC) cual es el nivel de Creación de Valor Compartido que tienen las Empresas B de origen agrícola en las comunidades locales con las que trabaja. El desafío es poder brindar una herramienta que permita medir el desempeño en crear Valor Compartido y que facilite la comparación entre empresas que se desenvuelven en un mismo sector económico para que tengan un diagnostico complementario de los impactos socio-económicos que han generado en las poblaciones locales. Para dar solución a este reto se diseñó el IDVC, fundamentado en el mecanismo de medición de Valor Compartido por Porter (2014), en tres estudios previos donde se destaca el modelo de indicador que diseñaron y desarrollaron en la investigación (2018) titulada También, se tuvo en cuenta un documento del Programa de Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD) del año 2018, el cual aporto un formato para elaborar el índice en cuanto a su estructura y organización, la manera de dar los puntajes a cada indicador y la forma más pertinente para dar la clasificación de cada empresa de acuerdo a los puntajes obtenidos.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In this research, the Shared Value Concept proposed by Porter and Kramer in 2011 is presented, applied to the Companies certified by the B-Lab, which consists of determining through a Shared Value Performance Index (IDVC) what is the level of Creation of Shared Value that B Companies of agricultural origin have in the local communities with which they work. The challenge is to be able to provide a tool that allows to measure performance in creating Shared Value and that facilitates comparison between companies that operate in the same economic sector so that they have a complementary diagnosis of the socio-economic impacts that they have generated on local populations. To solve this challenge, the IDVC was designed, based on the Shared Value measurement mechanism by Porter (2014), in three previous studies where the indicator model that they designed and document from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) of 2018 was taken into account, which provided a format to prepare the index in terms of its structure and organization, the way to give the scores to each indicator and the most pertinent way to classify each company according to the scores obtained.
