| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este proyecto es dotar a la Planta Física de la Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS), de un sistema de Información que pueda utilizarse para controlar el mantenimiento de los equipos y la maquinaria que utilizan Sistemas de Combustión Interna. Para el desarrollo del proyecto primeramente se analizó el estado actual de mantenimiento en la UIS, seguido de un diagnóstico integral de la gestión de mantenimiento en la Planta Física, posteriormente se realizó el inventario de la maquinaria y los equipos, luego se evaluó la criticidad de todos los sistemas y subsistemas de dicha maquinaria y finalmente se obtuvo una propuesta de gestión de mantenimiento. Para el diseño e implementación del software se realizó un marco teórico sobre los sistemas de información, se identificaron los recursos necesarios y los actuales, se definieron los requerimientos, así como los elementos de entrada y salida y las interrelaciones entre los componentes que conforman la estructura modular del sistema de información. El resultado es un software de fácil manejo con una interfaz amigable que permite controlar la gestión de mantenimiento con un manejo óptimo de la información y con una mejor organización de los recursos. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this project is to develop and an implement to the Physic Plant of the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS), an information system that can be use for the maintenance of the machinery equipped with internal combustion engines. For the development of the project firstly was analyzed the actual state of the maintenance in the UIS, furthermore it was done of the integral diagnosis of the maintenance management in the physic plant, later it realized the inventory of the all machinery and the equipment, next was evaluated the analysis of criticity of the all the systems and subsystems of this machinery and finally was obtained a proposal of maintenance management. For the design and implementation of the software it was realized a theoretical frame upon the information's system, it was identify the necessaries resources and the presents, was define the requirements, as soon as the elements of entrance and exit and the interrelations between the components that shapes the modulate structure of the information's system. The result of the software was a easy handling with a friendly interface that allows control of the maintenance with a proper handling of the information and with a better organization of the resources. | |
