dc.description.abstract	En la actualidad un poco más del 50% del país se encuentra dentro de las zonas interconectadas y cuenta con el servicio de energía eléctrica. Esto quiere decir que un poco menos de la mitad carece de este servicio. Es por esto que el gobierno nacional, específicamente el Ministerio de Minas y Energía a través del IPSE (Instituto de Planeación y Promoción de Soluciones Energéticas para las Zonas no Interconectadas), está impulsando la estructuración de proyectos de electrificación tanto en zonas rurales como zonas no interconectadas, siendo financiados por los fondos creados por el gobierno para este fin. Este proyecto responde al trabajo conjunto del IPSE y la Escuela de Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica y de Telecomunicaciones de la UIS y tiene como objetivo mostrar la forma correcta de estructurar un proyecto de infraestructura eléctrica para ser presentado ante los fondos de financiación y tener altas probabilidades de ser seleccionados. El proyecto se basa en la Metodología General Ajustada (MGA), propuesta por el Departamento de Planeación Nacional (DPN). Luego el proyecto presenta todos los conceptos básicos de gestión de proyectos, como los requisitos necesarios para presentar un proyecto ante el fondo de financiación FAER, o fondo de apoyo financiero para la energización de las zonas rurales. El estudio comienza con el análisis del estado del arte de los diferentes tipos de generación convencional y alternativa como generación fotovoltaica, diésel o red de distribución, en el departamento de Santander; y luego presenta la estructuración del proyecto de electrificación rural en el municipio de Barichara, teniendo en cuenta aspectos técnicos, financieros, económicos, sociales y ambientales, así como toda la documentación y requisitos necesarios para ser presentados ante el FAER.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Currently a slightly over 50% of the country belongs to the electrical interconnected áreas and it has electrical service. This means that a little less than a half lacks this service. That is why the national government, specifically the Ministry of Mines and Energy through IPSE (The Institute of Planning and Promotion of Energy Solutions for non-interconnected áreas), is driving the electrification project structuring both rural and non-interconnected áreas, being financed by the funds created by the government for this purpose. This project responds to a partnership between the IPSE and the School of Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunications engineering of UIS and aims to show the correct way to structure an electrical infrastructure project to be presented to the financing funds and an to have a high probability to be selected. The project is based on the General Methodology Adjusted (MGA), proposed by the National Planning Department (DPN). Thus, the project has all the basic concepts of project management for the requirements to submit a project to the bottom of FAER funding, the financial support fund for rural energization. The study begins with an analysis of the state of art of different types of conventional and alternative generation such as photovoltaic generation, Diesel or distribution network, in the department of Santander. Then, it presents the structure of the rural electrification project in the municipality of Barichara, taking into account technical, financial, economic, social and environmental, as well as all documentation and requirements to be presented to the FAER 3
