dc.description.abstract	Dentro del Convenio Inter-Administrativo entre la Alcaldía de Floridablanca y la Universidad Industrial de Santander para la Evaluación de la Vulnerabilidad Sísmica del municipio sus comunas más humildes y vulnerables, los autores de esta obra detectaron durante sus jornadas de investigación y recolección de datos de las estructuras allí presentes, tipo vivienda, que se repetían varios casos de Patologías de la Construcción, con lo cual se decidió recopilarlas y analizar el efecto que estas producen en las construcciones analizadas. El objetivo de esta investigación fue tratar de ilustrar y sensibilizar a todas aquellas personas técnicos y Maestros que intervienen en la construcción y desarrollo de estas edificaciones a no repetir las patologías y buscar que cada vez sus construcciones sean más Sismo-resistentes y cumplan los parámetros de la Norma Colombiana de Construcciones NSR-10. Durante muchos años el desarrollo de la Comuna NorOriental del municipio fue irregular y no contó con el acompañamiento del estado por lo cual carecen de algunos servicios públicos creando condiciones inapropiadas para las estructuras y para las personas que viven en esta zona. El grupo INME de investigación de la Universidad Industrial de Santander lidero el convenio interadministrativo para el Análisis de la Vulnerabilidad Sísmica en el Municipio de Floridablanca y toda la información y archivos recolectados en esta investigación sirvieron para enriquecer y fortalecer los modelos desarrollados por el grupo INME.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Within the inter-administrative agreement between the city hall of Floridablanca and the University Industrial de Santander to evaluate the seismic vulnerability of the municipality, its poor and vulnerable communities, the authors of this study detected during their investigation and recollection of data of the structures and type of housing located in this area that several cases of construction pathology were repeated. The decision of collecting and analyzing the effect those persons create on the studied constructions was made. The objective of this investigation was to try to illustrate and raise awareness to those people, technicians, or teachers that intervene in the construction and development of such buildings so that the pathologies are not repeated and seek the completion of the parameters of the Colombian Guidelines and Rules for Construction Seismic-resistant NSR-10. For many years the development of the North-oriental communities of the Floridablanca municipality did not follow proper regulations and did not count with the state's support which resulted in constructions with precarious public services thus creating inappropriate conditions for the structures and for the people who inhabit them in this area. The INME researching group of the University of Santander led the inter-administrative agreement in order to analyze the seismic vulnerability in the municipality of Floridablanca and all the information and files collected in this research served as tools to make rich and strengthen the models developed by the INME group.
