dc.description.abstract	El objetivo de este proyecto fue elaborar un software que proporcione una herramienta eficaz en el manejo y control de sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento de la empresa Trilladora de café, al brindar un soporte para la recopilación, organización, disposición y almacenamiento de la información procedente del departamento de mantenimiento, con el fin de realizar un análisis que permita establecer políticas de mejoramiento y programas de inversión de recursos destinados a aumentar el nivel de disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos, y mantener un alto nivel de productividad y calidad del producto. El proyecto comprendió las siguientes etapas: primero se realizo un estudio del proceso productivo de la empresa, las materias primas utilizadas y los productos obtenidos. Segundo, análisis y diagnostico del estado del sistema de gestión de mantenimiento existente, así como también del estado de los equipos. Tercero se realizó un análisis de criticidad y se definió el programa de actividades para los equipos. Cuarto se estableció un marco teórico sobre los sistemas de información. Por último se describió el proceso de desarrollo del sistema de información, destacando la fase de estructuración, diseño del flujo de información e interrelaciones entre los componentes, diseño de los formularios y descripción detallada de cada una de la funciones del programa. Además se dieron algunas indicaciones sobre los requerimientos de hardware y software, y se hizo referencia a la plataforma de desarrollo, lenguaje de programación y base de datos utilizados en la programación y construcción del sistema de información. El resultado es un programa de fácil manejo y agradable interfaz con el usuario, que permite hacer una eficiente gestión de mantenimiento, al hacer más fácil el manejo y diligenciamiento de la documentación, y generar a su vez reportes e informes claros y oportunos del desempeño de la función mantenimiento para la empresa.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The objective of this project was to elaborate a program that provides an effective tool in the handling and control of the maintenance management system in the company thresher of coffee, offering a support for the compilation, organization, storage and disposition of the information coming from the maintenance. With the purpose of making an analysis that allows establish improvement policies and investment of resources destined to increase the level of availability and reliability of the equipment, and maintaining a high level of productivity. The project included following stages: first a study company™s productive process, materials used and obtained products. Second an analysis and diagnostic was made of the state system™s management maintenance existing in the company, as well as equipment™s state that supports the productive process. Third a criticality analysis was made and the program of activities for each equipment was established. Fourth a theoretical frame settled down on the information system, its importance, objectives and main components. Finally one described to the process of development of the information system, emphasizing the phase of structuring, definition of entrances and exits, design of the information flow and interrelations between the components, design of the forms and description detailed of each one program™s functions. In addition some indications on the requirements of hardware and software occurred, and it made reference to the development platform, programming language and data base used in the programming and construction of the information system. The result is software of easy handling and friendly interface with the user, who allows to make an efficient management of maintenance, facilitating the handling and filling of the documentation, and to generate as well clear and opportune information and reports of the performance maintenance™s function.
