dc.description.abstract	El desarrollo de la práctica jurídico social se llevó a cabo en el centro de atención laboral, ubicado en el municipio de Bucaramanga, oficinas en la que tuvo lugar el desarrollo de actividades tales como asesoría a usuarios, elaboración de documentos como derechos de petición, actas de descargos, recursos de reposición y apelación a decisiones empresariales o de entidades prestadoras de salud que atentaban contra los derechos de los trabajadores, así mismo, acciones de tutela y brigadas jurídicas en diferentes municipios del magdalena medio, encaminadas a proporcionarle a los trabajadores adscritos al centro de atención laboral el conocimiento de sus derechos laborales y la reivindicación de los mismos mediante diferentes herramientas de capacitación, de igual manera se desarrolló una herramienta didáctica que permite al trabajador conocer sus derechos a la estabilidad laboral reforzada, en especial aquella generada por la debilidad manifiesta. Esta práctica social fue desarrollada en un periodo de dieciséis semanas, comprendidas entre el 17 de abril de 2017 hasta el 17 de Agosto 2017 y fue dividida en cuatro etapas; en la primera de ellas se realizó el reconocimiento del proyecto del centro de atención laboral; en segundo lugar se desarrollaron asesorías jurídicas tendientes a identificar la situación actual de la protección al derecho a la estabilidad laboral reforzada en personas con debilidad manifiesta, posteriormente se realizó una investigación de la normativa legal, jurisprudencial y constitucional de la norma, para desarrollar material pedagógico por medio del cual trabajadores y empleadores conozcan las características y los requisitos tendientes a reconocer y proteger el derecho a la estabilidad laboral reforzada generada por debilidad manifiesta.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The juridical social development of the practice was carried out in the center of labor attention, located in Bucaramanga's municipality, offices in that there took place the development of such activities as advising to users, production of documents as rights of request, minutes of discharges, resources of reinstatement and appeal to managerial decisions or of entities of health that there were committing an outrage against the rights of the workers, likewise, actions of guardianship and juridical brigades in different municipalities of the average Magdalena, directed to providing to the workers assigned to the center of labor attention the knowledge of his labor laws and the recovery of the same ones by means of different tools of training, of equal way developed a didactic tool that allows to the worker to know his rights to the labor reinforced stability, especially that one generated by the manifest weakness. This social practice was developed in a period of sixteen weeks, understood between April 17, 2017 until August 17, 2017 and was divided in four stages; in the first one of them there was realized the recognition of the project of the center of labor attention; secondly there developed juridical advising tending to identify the current situation of the protection to the right to the labor stability reinforced in persons with manifest weakness, later there was realized an investigation of the legal, jurisprudential and constitutional regulation of the norm, to develop pedagogic material by means of which workers and employers know the characteristics and the requirements tending to recognize and protect the right to the labor reinforced stability generated by manifest weakness.
