| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto de grado es el aporte del conocimiento adquirido en la universidad por parte de la autora del proyecto, a uno de los sectores mas importantes de Colombia fiel sector salud, el cual ha venido realizando avances en materia de calidad mejorando así la prestación de sus servicios. Las actividades que se realizaron estuvieron encaminadas a estandarizar los procesos encontrados en el Laboratorio, bajo los lineamientos de la norma NTC ISO 9001:2000, a fin de lograr la certificación en calidad por parte del ICONTEC; y posteriormente ser un peldaño para lograr la acreditación en salud. Para la realización de este trabajo se llevo a cabo una metodología, la cual permitió el logro de los objetivos propuestos. Se realizó un diagnostico mediante una análisis del grado de cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma por parte de la organización; una planificación que dió el alcance y las diferentes actividades a realizar durante el proyecto; la documentación la cual abarco el diseño de registros, políticas, instructivos, procedimientos y manuales; la implementación del sistema, en la cual se dio a conocer los documentos al personal; la verificación a través de la auditoria y las mejoras requeridas según las no conformidades y observaciones encontradas. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This degree Project is the author ‚ s contribution to the one of the most important fields in Colombia, the fihealth sector, which has been improving its services in terms of quality. This research work is the result of the knowledge adquirid by the author in her university studies. The target of the fullfilled activities consisted in standardizing the processes found in the laboratory, based on the lineaments of the norm NTC ISO 9001:2000. Two additional goals were considered : on the one hand, to get the quality certification given by the ICONTEC; on the other hand, to serve as a stop to get the health acreditation. The accomplishment of the proponed objetives was the result of a particular methodology. First of all, it was taken into account a diagnostic through analyzing the level of the norm requirements attainment by the organization. Secondly, it was designed a planning phase in order to, identigy the scope and the several activities of the Project Thirdly, it was Developed a process of documentation. During this period, different types of documents were designed, Duch as: registers, policies instruction guides, procedures, and manuals. The next step had to do with implementing the system, phase through wich documents were socialized to the personnel. The final section was the verifying process through auditing and identifying the required improvements acordding to the found cono conformities and observations. | |
