dc.description.abstract	En el presente trabajo se programaron las relaciones principales entre los procesos de gestión haciendo énfasis en los procesos de planeación y control, y las áreas fundamentales de proyectos como alcance, tiempo y costo. El documento se desarrolla con una base en LA GUIA DEL PMBoK 6 EDICION y el PROJECT MANAGMENT INSTITUTE (PMI), y en él se determinan, analizan, relacionan y explican los procesos de planeación y control haciendo una descripción detallada de las entradas, herramientas y técnicas y salidas más importantes y resaltables de cada proceso. Se propone un programa en Visio donde se ilustre la carta de navegación para la dirección de proyectos de manera interactiva en la cual presenta las principales relaciones tanto entradas como salidas de los procesos de planeación y control. Mediante la creación capas y la programación en macros, el usuario podrá interactuar de manera personal con el software y observar de manera eficaz y sencilla los procesos a estudiar. Es importante aclarar que para poder interactuar con el software se necesita tener el programa Visio en sus computadoras o donde desean visualizar el programa y se espera que para aplicaciones a futuro se actualice conforme a los lineamientos actualizados de la guía del PMBOK.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In the present work, the main relationships between the management processes were programmed, emphasizing the planning and control processes, and the fundamental areas of projects such as scope, time and cost. The document is developed based on THE PMBoK 6 EDITION GUIDE and the PROJECT MANAGMENT INSTITUTE (PMI), and it determines, analyzes, relates and explains the planning and control processes, making a detailed description of the inputs, tools and most important and remarkable techniques and outputs of each process. A Visio program is proposed where the navigation chart for project management is illustrated in an interactive way in which it presents the main relationships, both inputs and outputs of the planning and control processes. By creating layers and programming in macros, the user will be able to personally interact with the software and observe the processes to be studied in an efficient and simple way. It is important to clarify that in order to interact with the software you need to have the Visio program on your computers or where you want to view the program and it is expected that for future applications it will be updated according to the updated guidelines of the PMBOK guide.
