dc.description.abstract	El Instituto de Cultura y Turismo creado mediante Acuerdo 041 de 1998 con la misión de fomentar la formación, creación, el libro, la lectura y la democratización del conocimiento en el municipio de Pamplona. En aras de cumplir con su misión ha venido desarrollando diversas actividades en áreas como la música, la pintura, el teatro, la danza, la lectura que han beneficiado a la población pamplonesa especialmente niños y jóvenes de escasos recursos. En su transcurso esta Institución ha generado un fondo acumulado que se hizo necesario abordar atendiendo las disposiciones establecidas por el estado especialmente la Ley 594 de 2000, la cual establece el procedimiento requerido para la organización de los archivos en aras de facilitar su acceso y conservación ya que son fuente para la administración, la investigación y la memoria colectiva. Este proceso incluyó las siguientes etapas: diagnóstico donde se estableció el nivel de organización documental, construcción de la historia institucional, plan de trabajo archivístico integral y una fase operativa en donde se realizó la identificación de la documentación, su clasificación, depuración, ordenación y descripción del fondo. Una vez organizada e inventariada la información se procedió a elaborar la Tabla de Valoración Documental en donde se consignaron los tiempos y razones de conservación de los documentos atendiendo a los criterios legales e históricos. Abordar la organización del Fondo Acumulado nos permitió identificar una serie de actividades y procesos necesarios que deben asumirse en otros trabajos de investigación y que no estaban incluidos en el presente convenio, como; la elaboración y aplicación de las Tablas de Retención Documental que permitan facilitar el manejo de la información y garanticen la selección y conservación de los documentos; la creación de la ventanilla única de correspondencia que permita ejercer control sobre la información que ingresa y que sale de la institución y la creación del Comité de Archivo ente requerido para regular la función archivística al interior de la Institución.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The Institute of Culture and Tourism established by resolution number 041 of 1998 with the purpuse of promoting, training, creation, reading and the democratization of knowledge in the municipality of Pamplona. In order to fulfill its mission has been carrying out various activities in areas such as music, painting, theater, dance, reading that have benefited Pamplona population especially children and youth in need. In the course of this institution has generated an accumulated fund became necessary to address meeting the provisions established by the state especially Act 594 of 2000, which establishes the procedure required for the organization of files in order to facilitate their access and conservation, having in account that they are sources for administration, research and collective memory. Addressing Accumulated Fund organization allowed us to identify a number of activities and processes needed to be taken up in further research and were not included in the present agreement, and, the development and implementation of the withholding tables aimed at facilitating the Documentary information management and guarantee the selection and retention of documents, creation of single points of correspondence which shall provide control over the incoming and out information of the institution and the creation of the File being required to regulate the function within the archival institution
