dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto describe la práctica empresarial realizada en una Interventoría de las UIS bajo el cargo de Auxiliar de Ingeniería en el mejoramiento y pavimentación de la vía troncal del Magdalena Medio el Carmen de Chucuri y como aporte se ofrece un manual de procesos de construcción de pavimentos asfalticos y obras de arte. El manual da a conocer el proceso constructivo de un pavimento tradicional; se describe tal procedimiento por capas donde abarca los materiales utilizados, el proceso constructivo y el control de calidad, además se explicara también la construcción de alcantarillas y boxculvert. Este proyecto resalta la importancia del control de calidad desde la aprobación de materiales a utilizar, hasta terminar la actividad por ejecutar, se muestra los puntos críticos en la realización de cada actividad. El manual se concibió para su fácil interpretación por los cual se describió cada procedimiento mediante fotografías, esto pensando en los estudiantes de ingeniería civil que no han podido tener una visión física de la construcción de un proyecto vial. Al finalizar el estudio de este manual se pretende que el estudiante, tenga las capacidades mínimas para entender cada procedimiento constructivo, además de poder desenvolverse en este campo de aplicación de ingeniería civil, estas nuevas capacidades aprendidas mejoraran notablemente su perfil profesional, dándole herramientas de juicio para afrontar las problemáticas que acarrea el oficio de la ingeniería.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This project describes the business practice fulfilled in an audit of the UIS by the role as Assistant Engineering in the improvement and paving of the Magdalena Medio - El Carmen de Chucuri main road, and a manual about building processes of Asphalt paving and artwork. The manual according to the layers that include the materials used in the process, the building process and quality control; it also explains the construction of sewers and boxculvert. This project highlights the importance of the quality control from the approval of materials to using, up to finishing the activity for executing, one shows the critical points in the accomplishment of every activity The manual was designed for easy interpretation, each procedure is described by photographs, thinking of the civil engineering students a physical view of the construction of a road project. On having finished the study of this manual there is claimed that the student, has the minimal aptitudes to understand every constructive procedure, beside being able to be unrolled in this field of application of civil engineering, these new learned capacities were improving notably his professional profile, giving him tools of judgment to confront the problematic ones that the trade of the engineering.
