| dc.description.abstract | En Industrias TANUZI S.A., que es una empresa perteneciente al sector metalmecánico, se implementó el sistema de seguridad y salud Ocupacional bajo la norma OHSAS 18001, haciendo cumplimiento a cada uno de los requisitos exigidos por esta, logrando que la organización conozca los riesgos a los cuales se encuentra expuesto su talento humano y de esta manera poder controlarlos. Se optó por implementar este sistema debido la necesidad propia de crecimiento que se ha venido presentando en la empresa, por que es indispensable contar con procedimientos sistemáticos para el control de la seguridad y salud ocupacional aplicada a los trabajadores y por que en la actualidad los clientes de TANUZI son empresas que se encuentran comprometidas con el aseguramiento de la seguridad y salud ocupacional en nuestro país, de esta manera la organización se conciencio sobre la importancia que la implementación de esta norma. Básicamente se enfatizó en el cumplimiento de cada uno de los requisitos de la norma como son la elaboración y estructuración de la política de seguridad y salud ocupacional integrada con la de calidad con sus respectivos objetivos; un panorama de factores de riesgos; cumplimiento de requisitos legales; entrenamiento, concientización y competencia; control, consulta y elaboración de documentos; control operativo; preparación y respuesta ante emergencias; medición y seguimiento y no conformidades con sus acciones correctivas y preventivas. Todos y cada uno de los documentos se elaboraron con base en las necesidades específicas de la empresa y con los parámetros establecidos en las normas técnicas colombianas | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | In Industries TANUZI S.A., which is a company belonging to the sector methalmecanic, implemented the system of safety and Occupational health under the norm OHSAS 18001, doing fulfillment to each of the requirements demanded by this one, achieving that the organization knows the risks to its human talent is exposed and hereby to be controlled. One chose to implement this system due to the own need of growth that one has come presenting and for the degree of exigency on the part of the clients in the administration and control of the risks, they are compromised by the implementation of the systems of management that go in favor of the safety and occupational health in our country, this way there were elaborated systematic procedures that reach in the process of prevention and control of the Work Accidents and / or Profesional diseases. Basically one emphasized the fulfillment of each one of the requirements of the norm like it are the elaboration and structure of the safety politics and occupational health integrated with that of quality with its respective aims ; a panorama of factors of risks; fulfillment of legal requirements; training, concientización and competition; control, consultation and elaboration of documents; operative control; preparation and response before emergencies; measurement and follow-up and not conformities with its corrective and preventive actions.
