dc.description.abstract	El presente documento sintetiza el proceso de intervención desarrollada desde trabajo social con el objetivo de fortalecer el proyecto de vida en los niños, niñas y adolescentes beneficiarios del Programa de Protección Kayai de la Fundación Estructurar, así como la vinculación de sus padres, madres de familia y acudientes en los temas de autonomía y corresponsabilidad. El proceso se llevó a cabo durante 16 semanas entre los años 2014 y 2015 mediante actividades lúdicas, recreativas y pedagógicas que motivaron y potenciaron su autoestima y el autoconcepto en un marco de derechos. Los referentes teóricos que orientaron el proceso fueron: el paradigma sistémico, la epistemología constructivista generativa, el enfoque de derechos y el modelo solidario; éstos se basan en los lineamientos técnicos para la Inclusión y Atención a Familias del ICBF y OIM. Se citan además las leyes que propenden por el desarrollo integral de los adolescentes como son la Declaración universal de los Derechos Humanos y Ley 1098 de 2006 también denominada Código de infancia y adolescencia. Finalmente el proceso de intervención contribuyó en el desarrollo de los temas planteados para así fortalecer el proyecto de vida en los niños, las niñas y adolescentes NNA, de manera que puedan avanzar en la consecución de sus metas y sueños.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document summarizes the process of intervention developed from social work with the objective of strengthening the life project in the children and adolescent beneficiaries of the program of protection Kayai "seed of love and hope" of the Foundation structure, as well as the linking of their fathers, mothers and guardians on the issues of autonomy and responsibility. The process was conducted for 16 weeks between the years 2014-2015 through recreational, educational and recreational activities that motivated and enhanced self-esteem and self-concept in a rights framework. The theoretical references which oriented the process were: the systemic paradigm, generative constructivist epistemology, the rights approach and the solidarity model. These are based on the technical guidelines for Inclusion and attention to families of the ICBF and IOM. In addition the laws that tended by integral adolescent development such as the universal declaration of human rights and law 2006 1098 also known as code of childhood and adolescence are listed. Finally the intervention process contributed to the development of the issues raised to strengthen the project of life in children and adolescents Adolescents, so that they can advance in the achievement of their goals and dreams.
