dc.description.abstract	PREFABRICADOS DEL SOL Ltda., preocupándose por el bienestar de sus trabajadores y/o visitantes, ve la necesidad de diseñar e implementar un Sistema de gestión en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional según la Norma OHSAS 18001: 2007, con el objetivo de brindar herramientas necesarias para que los trabajadores se encuentren en un ambiente de trabajo seguro y para consolidar la imagen de la empresa frente a sus clientes y demás partes interesadas acerca de la preocupación por el bienestar de sus trabajadores. En este documento se describen las etapas realizadas para lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos del proyecto de grado en la empresa PREFABRICADOS DEL SOL Ltda. Se Inicia con una descripción detallada de la empresa, seguida de un diagnóstico realizado para verificar la situación de la organización en materia de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional
