dc.description.abstract	En el presente libro se describe el proceso realizado por el practicante y su desempeño alcanzado en las actividades relacionadas a lo largo de cuatro meses como practicante de Ingeniería Civil, brindando apoyo en la secretaría de planeación del municipio de Astrea, departamento del Cesar. Durante el periodo que duró la práctica, comprendido entre el 20 de octubre del 2020 y el 20 de febrero de 2021, se ampliaron y consolidaron considerablemente las bases y conocimientos obtenidos en la universidad, logrando comprender más a fondo conceptos de la ingeniería civil y todas sus ramas. Dentro de los logros más destacados al paso como practicante UIS por la Alcaldía Municipal de AstreaCesar se encuentra el apoyo en el desarrollo de dos importantes proyectos como el Plan Vial Rural, requerido a la Alcaldía Municipal de Astrea por parte del Ministerio Nacional de Vías (INVÍAS) y el Plan de Señalización Vial Urbano, cuyo propósito era la señalización vial vertical y horizontal en la cabecera municipal de Astrea y en el casco urbano del Corregimiento de Arjona. dc.description.abstractenglish	In the document, the activities carried out over four months as a civil engineering intern providing support in the planning secretariat of the municipality of Astrea department of Cesar are written. During the period that the practice lasted, between October 20, 2020 and February 20, 2021, the bases and knowledge obtained at the university were considerably expanded and consolidated, achieving a deeper understanding of civil engineering concepts and all its branches. Among the most outstanding achievements in passing as a UIS practitioner by the AstreaCesar Municipal Mayor's Office is the development of two important projects such as the Rural Road Plan, required of the Astrea Municipal Mayor's Office by the National Ministry of Roads (INVÍAS) and the Urban Road Signaling Plan, whose purpose was the vertical and horizontal road marking in the municipal seat of Astrea and in the urban area of the Corregimiento de Arjona. In addition, the functions stipulated in the project plan were fulfilled, such as technical visits to different projects that are developed in the municipality, preparation of supervision reports and certificates, creation and editing of plans in AutoCAD, among other activities required and within the field of civil engineering
