dc.description.abstract	La unidad de servicios Administrativos USE de la Caja Santandereana de Subsidio Familiar (CAJASAN), como responsable del proceso de mantenimiento y seguimiento de la infraestructura en sus centros de servicios, puso en marcha el “Plan de Diagnóstico de infraestructura”, cuyo principal objetivo fue obtener la descripción del estado físico de las sedes de CAJASAN. Dentro del plan se consideró la elaboración de informes por parte de personal técnico, que además de documentar el estado de infraestructura actual, incluyeran la propuesta de mantenimiento ya sea de tipo correctivo o preventivo y recomendaciones con sus respectivos costos de las mejoras a realizar; en este mismo sentido, se identificó la necesidad de elaborar los planos arquitectónicos de la distribución de oficinas, zonas verdes, áreas comunes, baños, góndolas y salones que a la fecha corresponden a cada una de las sedes. En el marco de esta propuesta, se desarrolló la práctica empresarial como auxiliar de Ingeniería en la USE de CAJASAN. Esta actividad le otorgó al Ingeniero Civil en formación la oportunidad de realizar dichos informes acorde con los lineamientos y políticas de la institución. En el desarrollo de esta práctica se contó con la supervisión de un profesional de Ingeniería Civil, quien además coordinó las actividades de campo (visitas técnicas) y valido a través de sustentaciones y revisiones periódicas de los informes la información obtenida y generada por el practicante. Con el desarrollo de esta práctica se contribuyó desde el punto de vista técnico para que CAJASAN a través de su infraestructura logre cumplir su misión y brinde con ella servicios de calidad.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The USE administrative services unit of the Caja Santandereana de Subsidio Familiar (CAJASAN), responsible for the maintenance and monitoring process of the infrastructure in its service centers, launched the "Infrastructure Diagnosis Plan", whose main objective was obtain the description of the physical state of CAJASAN's headquarters. The plan included the preparation of reports by technical personnel, which, in addition to documenting the current infrastructure status, included the maintenance proposal, whether corrective or preventive, and recommendations with their respective costs of the improvements to be made; In this same sense, the need was identified to prepare the architectural plans for the distribution of offices, green areas, common areas, bathrooms, gondolas and rooms that to date correspond to each of the venues. Within the framework of this proposal, the business practice was developed as an Engineering Assistant in the USE of CAJASAN. This activity gave the Civil Engineer in training the opportunity to make such reports in accordance with the guidelines and policies of the institution. In the development of this practice, it was supervised by a Civil Engineering professional, who also coordinated the field activities (technical visits) and validated through support and periodic reviews of the information obtained and generated by the practitioner. With the development of this practice, it was contributed from the technical point of view so that CAJASAN, through its infrastructure, achieves its mission and provides quality services with it.
