dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de práctica empresarial fue desarrollado en el Departamento Administrativo de Planeación de la Alcaldía Municipal de La Plata, con el propósito de fortalecer competencias técnicas y administrativas relacionadas con la gestión y seguimiento de proyectos de infraestructura municipal. La práctica estuvo orientada al apoyo en procesos de revisión documental, verificación técnica, visitas de inspección y consolidación de expedientes técnicos asociados a proyectos de infraestructura pública. La metodología implementada comprendió actividades de revisión documental, análisis presupuestal, validación de cantidades de obra, actualización de planos, visitas técnicas y consolidación de información. Durante su desarrollo se participó en proyectos como la construcción de la red de acueducto de la vereda Santa Marta, la estructuración técnica del proyecto de infraestructura educativa en la vereda La Palma, el programa de mejoramiento de vivienda y la revisión técnica y presupuestal del proyecto de construcción de cubierta y placa en la vereda Alto Cañada. Como resultados principales se logró la consolidación de expedientes técnicos, actualización de presupuestos, revisión de planos, elaboración de documentación complementaria e identificación de necesidades de intervención en infraestructura y vivienda. La experiencia permitió aplicar conocimientos de ingeniería civil en escenarios reales, aportando al fortalecimiento de los procesos institucionales de planeación, formulación y seguimiento de proyectos.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This business internship report was developed at the Administrative Planning Department of the Municipal Mayor’s Office of La Plata, with the purpose of strengthening technical and administrative competencies related to the management and technical monitoring of municipal infrastructure projects. The internship focused on supporting documentary review processes, technical verification, inspection visits, and the consolidation of technical files associated with public infrastructure projects. The implemented methodology included documentary review, budget analysis, quantity verification, plan updating, technical visits, and information consolidation. During its development, participation was carried out in projects such as the construction of the water supply network in Santa Marta village, the technical structuring of the educational infrastructure project in La Palma village, the housing improvement program, and the technical and budgetary review of the roof and slab construction project in Alto Cañada village. The main results included the consolidation of technical files, budget updates, plan review, preparation of complementary documentation, and identification of intervention needs in infrastructure and housing. This experience allowed the application of civil engineering knowledge in real scenarios, contributing to the strengthening of institutional planning, formulation, and project monitoring processes.
