| dc.description.abstract | Este documento presenta las bases para implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad (SGC) de la IPS CLINISALUD, fundamentado en los principios y requerimientos de las NTC ISO 9001:2000, incluyendo la descripción de los procesos principales de la empresa. Por medio de este trabajo se logró evaluar la situación inicial de la organización con respecto al cumplimiento de los requisitos de la NTC ISO 9001:2000, sensibilizar y capacitar al personal tanto operativo como administrativo, diseñar, documentar el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad y evaluar el Sistema por medio de Auditorías Internas y de esta manera identificar las fortalezas y debilidades que permitan generar acciones correspondientes y por último alcanzar la certificación del SGC ante el ente certificador ICONTEC. La realización de este proyecto contribuirá a aumentar la competitividad de CLINISALUD, frente a las demás empresas del sector, ya que estableciendo el Sistema de Gestión de la calidad, se asegura el uso estándares de calidad en los procesos, se podrá optimizar la utilización de los recursos para la prestación del servicio y se establecerá una ventaja competitiva frente a las demás entidades privadas existentes en el sector salud del municipio de El Socorro. Este proyecto permite aplicar de la mejor manera los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera, los cuales incrementan la eficacia de la organización a través de la integración del recurso humano, físico y económico en la Implementación, desarrollo y mejora del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This document provides the basis for the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) of IPS CLINISALUD based on the principles and requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard, including a description of the main processes of this company. Through this work, was possible to evaluate the initial situation of the organization to accomplish the ISO 9001:2000 standard requirements, also was possible to sensitize and train operational and administrative staff, design, documenting the Quality Management System and evaluate the system with Internal Audit and through this way, identify strengths and weaknesses to generate the corresponding actions; finally achieve the QMS certification before the certifier entity. The development of this project will contribute to increase the Competitiveness of CLINISALUD compared to other sector companies, due to establish the Quality Management System will ensure quality standards, in CLINISALUD processes, will optimize the use of resources for service provision and will establish a competitive advantage over the others private entities of the health sector in the municipality of El Socorro. This project allows the best way to implement the knowledge acquired during the Career, which increase organizational effectiveness through the integration of Human resources, physical and economic resources in the Implementation, development and improvement of Quality Management System. | |
