| dc.description.abstract | En el estudio se demostró que existen en San Martín, condiciones idóneas para montar una empresa que clasifique y comercialice los productos desechables clasificables y que genere alternativas diferentes y propias de progreso municipal aprovechando los desechos inorgánicos reciclables producidos en el mismo municipio, clasificándolos y dejándolos en condiciones de ser reciclables por empresas de las ciudades capitales como Bucaramanga y otras donde existen empresas dedicadas y especializadas en las actividades propias del reciclaje. La producción diaria de estos desechos en el municipio de San Martín es de .4 kilos diarios en promedio, teniendo en cuenta que en esta localidad no existen grandes empresas que produzcan cantidades de basuras reciclables tal que alteren el promedio general. En general todas las empresas tanto naturales como jurídicas, producen cantidades muy similares de desechos reciclables. La demanda de estos desechos apenas se encuentra en sus inicios dada la cultura que aun empiezan a adquirir las personas en cuanto a la clasificación de estos desechos se refiere. Las empresas demandantes se encuentran en Bucaramanga, Cali, Medellín, Bogota, Barranquilla, principalmente. La empresa estará constituida como una cooperativa de trabajo asociado por su característica de empresa de fácil manejo y administración y por la carga impositiva favorable. Estará conformada por personas que se encargarán de administrarla y desarrollarla para lograr su permanencia en el tiempo. Las cantidades diarias a comprar de desechos sólidos reciclables estarán por el orden de 2.217.600 kilos/ año y sus costos de inversión serán de $130.518.541 Sus excedentes netos para el primer año será de $19.336.199 y el quinto año de $43.617.490. La tasa interna de retorno es del 13,83% y el VPN es de $26.516.708, recuperándose en 4 años y 7 meses aproximadamente, confirmando su conveniencia para ejecutarlo. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | In the study it was demonstrated that they exist in San Martin, suitable conditions to mount a company that classifies and market the classifiable disposable products and that it generates alternative different and alternatives of municipal progress taking advantage of the recyclable inorganic waste taken place in the same municipality, classifying them and stopping them under conditions to be recyclable for companies of the capital cities as Bucaramanga and other where dedicated companies exist and specialized in the activities characteristic of the recycle. The daily production of these wastes in the municipality of San Martin is on the average of .4 daily kilos, keeping in mind that in this town big companies that quantities of such recyclable garbage that alter the general average take place don't exist. In general all the companies so much natural as juridical, they produce very similar quantities of recyclable waste. The demand of these classified waste is an industry that you grieve it is in its given beginnings the culture that you/they even begin to acquire people as for the classification of these waste he/she refers. The companies' plaintiffs are in Bucaramanga, Cali, Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla, mainly. The company will be constituted as a work cooperative associated by its characteristic of company of easy handling and administration and for the favorable tax load. It will be conformed by people that will take charge of to administer it and to develop it to achieve their permanency in the time. The daily quantities to buy of recyclable solid waste will be for the order of 2.217.600 kilos / year and their investment costs will be of $130.518.541 their net surpluses for the first year it will be of $19.336.199 and the fifth year of $43.617.490.
