dc.description.abstract	La valía y concientización de la importancia de la propiedad industrial en entorno comerciales y empresariales hacen que esta área de servicios sea implementada en los portafolios de las firmas de abogados que apoyan legalmente a las empresas en Colombia. La protección de los derechos de los pequeños y grandes empresarios respecto de sus sociedades resulta importante para la firma ADESSO COLECTIVO JURIDICO S.A.S, teniendo en cuenta que ello comprende una línea de mercado que se puede implementar en la prestación de sus servicios, es por esto que el siguiente trabajo recopila las herramientas necesarias para la creación del área de consultoría jurídica en materia de propiedad industrial.

The protection of the rights of small and large entrepreneurs regarding their companies is important for the firm ADESSO COLECTIVO JURIDICO S.A.S, that is why the following work as compiles the necessary tools for the creation and implementation of a line of legal consulting in the area of industrial property, for the law firm.
