dc.description.abstract	El siguiente documento constituye el informe final para la obtención del título de ingeniero civil denominado L APOYO A LA SUPERVISION, REVISION Y ESTRUCTURACION DE PROYECTOS EN EJECUCION EN LA trabajos realizados en la Secretaria de Infraestructura Departamental, las cuales permitieron al autor aplicar varios de los conocimientos adquiridos durante la etapa de pregrado y a aprender otros nuevos. La práctica se adelantó en todos los procesos concernientes a la gestión de proyectos iniciando con la revisión, análisis y clasificación de nuevas solicitudes de proyectos que llegaban a los grupos de vías, aguas y saneamiento, electrificación y gas, y equipamiento urbano por parte de Alcaldías, Juntas de Acción Comunal entre otros, con necesidades para su comunidad, con el fin de recibir una respuesta positiva o negativa según fuera el caso, revisión y visto bueno de la cuentas y actas de obra e interventapoyo a visitas técnicas del Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal Adolescente SRPA y respectivos informes técnicos, documentación del tramo prueba estabilizado utilizando la metodología suelo cemento y enlace de la Gobernación de Santander con Cementos Argos para la realización del mismo, y apoyo a diferentes actividades que se requería ayuda en la Secretaria de Infraestructura Departamental.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The following document is the final report for the degree of civil engineer named "BUSINESS PRACTICE IN THE GOVERNMENT OF SANTANDER CONSISTEN IN SUPPORT TO THE MONITORING, REVIEW AND STRUCTURING OF PROJECTS IMPEMENTED IN THE SECRETARIAT´S DEPARTMENTAL s and work carried out in the Secretariat's departmental infrastructure, which allowed the author applied several of the knowledge acquired during the stage of undergraduate and learn new ones. The practice was ahead in all the project management processes, starting with the review, analysis and classification of new applications for projects coming to the different groups of roads, water and sanitation, electrification and gas, and urban facilities by municipalities, Community Action Boards, among others, with their community needs, in order to receive a positive or negative response as appropriate, review and approval of the accounts and records of work and auditing, support the review of unit price analysis (APU's), support to technical visits of the Adolescent Criminal Responsibility System (SRPA) and respective technical reports, documentation of the stabilized test section using the soil cement methodology and liaison of the Government of Santander with Argos Cements to carry out the same, and support to different activities that required assistance in the Secretariat´s Departmental Infrastructure.
