dc.description.abstract	Teniendo como base el marco legal colombiano, este proyecto de grado persi-gue realizar un aporte positivo frente a la problemática estructural y social a nivel mundial, que es la accidentalidad vial, para conseguirlo utiliza la metodología contemplada en la Resolución 1565 de 2014, . El diseño e implementación del PESV, es una respuesta a esa problemática ya que permite definir los planes y acciones que debe llevar a cabo la empresa para la prevención de accidentes de trán-sito, estableciendo áreas involucradas, responsables y mecanismos de evaluación y seguimiento; con el plan estratégico de seguridad vial la empresa adquiere un compromiso con el bienestar de sus trabajadores. Este plan, está enmarcado en los 5 ejes fundamentales que son las líneas base sobre las cuales se desarrollan todas las estrategias que permiten lograr el objetivo del plan; estos cinco pilares son: Gestión Institucional, Comportamiento Humano, Vehículos Seguros, Infraestructura Segura y Atención a Víctimas. El despliegue de actividades inmersas en el plan de acción, inicia con un diagnóstico para determinar el nivel de riesgo y tras evaluar dicho riesgo, se definen las mejores prácticas apuntando a los tres factores de la seguridad vial que son: el entorno, el vehículo y las personas, en este último contemplando los roles en la vía (peatón, conductor y pasajero). Para validar la efectividad y avance al plan de acción implementado se realizaron dos auditorías; la última con el instrumento de calificación contenido en la resolución 1231.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Taking as a base the legal Colombian frame, this project of degree chases a positive contribution realizes opposite to the structural and social problematics worldwide, which is the road accident, to obtain it there uses the methodology contemplated in the Resolution 1565 of 2014, applying it to the company of transport of load by road S.A. ". The design and implementation of the PESV, it is a response to this problematics since it allows to define the plans and actions that the company must carry out for the prevention of accidents of traffic, es-tablishing involved, responsible areas and mechanisms of evaluation and follow-up; with the strategic plan of road safety the company acquires a commitment with the well-being of his workers. This plan, it is framed in 5 fundamental axes that are the lines base on which there develop all the strategies that allow to achieve the aim of the plan; these five props are: Institutional Man-agement, Human Behavior, Sure Vehicles, Sure Infrastructure and Attention to Victims. The deployment of immersed activities in the action plan, initiates with a diagnosis to determine the level of risk and after evaluating the above mentioned risk, the best practices are defined pointing at three factors of the road safety that are: the environment, the vehicle and the persons, in the latter contemplating the roles in the route (pedestrian, driver and passenger). To validate the effi-ciency and advance to the implemented action plan two audits were realized; the last one with the instrument of qualification contained in the resolution 1231
