dc.description.abstract	Se presenta el diagnóstico operacional de las rutas T1 y T3 del Sistema Integrado de Transporte Masivo (SITM) Metrolínea mediante la metodología de ascenso y descenso de pasajeros. Como parte de la revisión, se calculan los atributos de las rutas y se realiza un análisis comparativo frente a lo que tiene planteado Metrolínea. De esta forma, se determina la eficiencia y el desempeño en función del índice de pasajeros por kilómetro (IPK) y las velocidades comercial y operacional. Adicionalmente a esto, se hace una revisión de los Documentos Conpes donde se plantean los indicadores del SITM para el Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga (AMB) y se comparan con los resultados obtenidos en este estudio. Finalmente se hace un análisis económico preliminar de los costos de operación de las rutas T1 y T3 y de los ingresos tarifarios que se destinan a cubrirlos.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This article shows the operational diagnosis of the T1 and T3 routes of the Integrated Mass Transit System (SITM) Metrolínea through the methodology of loading and unloading transportation passengers. As a part of the diagnosis, the attributes of the routes are calculated and compared with the schedule established by Metrolínea. Thus, this paper determinate the efficiency and performance appraisal based on the passenger per kilometers rate (IPK) and commercial and operational speeds. Furthermore, a review of the Documentos Conpes, where the SITM indicators for the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga (AMB) are shown and compared with the results that have been obtained in this study. Finally, a preliminary economic analysis is made about the operation charges of the T1 and T3 routes and the fare revenue that is meant to cover them.
