dc.description.abstract	El presente libro contiene el informe final de la práctica empresarial realizada en la FCV. Universidad Corporativa, nueva unidad empresarial de negocio de la Fundación Cardiovascular de Colombia. Describe el proceso de diseño, documentación e implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad basado en la norma NTC ISO 9001:2008. Este informe trata las bases conceptuales utilizadas para la realización del proyecto, el diagnóstico inicial en la UEN que identifica el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma, la planificación de un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad, el diseño y estructura de su documentación para garantizar el cumplimiento de la norma y su etapa de implementación. Además, contiene la planificación, ejecución y resultados de dos auditorías internas mediante las cuales se evaluó el estado del Sistema de Gestión de la FCV. Universidad Corporativa en cuanto a su nivel de madurez y cumplimiento frente a los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2008, para cada una de ellas se realizó la planeación e implementación de sus respectivos planes de mejora, acciones correctivas y preventivas que aseguraron el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma. Para la realización del proyecto se tuvo como base la metodología del ciclo de mejora continua y se plantearon indicadores de gestión que permitieron medir el grado de desarrollo del sistema, los cuales facilitaron la toma de decisiones de acciones para prevenir riesgos potenciales y corregir los problemas presentados.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document contains the final report of the practices managerial carried out in the FCV. Corporate University, a new managerial unit of business of the Cardiovascular Foundation of Colombia, describing the process of design, documentation and implementation of a System of Quality Management based on ISO 9001:2008 standard. This report discusses the conceptual bases used to make this project, the initial diagnosis of the MUB which identifies the fulfillment of the requirements of the standard, the planning of a System of Quality Management, the design and structure of its documentation to ensure compliance with the standard and its implementation stage. It also contains planning, implementation and results of two internal audits through which assessed the condition of the management system of the FCV. Corporate University in regard to maturity level of compliance against the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, for each of them was carrying out the planning and implementation of their improvement plans, corrective and preventative actions to ensure compliance with the requirements of the standard. For the realization of the project was based on the methodology of continuous improvement cycle and raised management indicators that allowed to measure out the grade of development of the system, which facilitated the decision-making actions to prevent potential risks and correct the problems presented.
