dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado consiste en la realización de la práctica empresarial en la Oficina Asesora de Planeación, adscrita a la Alcaldía del Municipio de Charta, Departamento de Santander; y desarrolla el informe de actividades realizadas durante el tiempo de duración de dicha práctica. A partir de las necesidades del municipio se asignaron tareas competentes con el área de la ingeniería civil como lo son la elaboración de presupuestos en procesos contractuales, formulación de proyectos para acceder a recursos, expedición de licencias de construcción, y además se incluye el soporte técnico realizado para la implementación del banco de programas y proyectos de inversión pública del municipio en mención. Se tuvo la oportunidad de realizar visitas de obra para conocer la opinión de la comunidad y mediante un análisis de la información recolectada encaminar esfuerzos a la formulación de proyectos que permitieran suplir sus necesidades, se realizó la supervisión de contratos que estuvieran en ejecución y así garantizar el cumplimiento de las exigencias acordadas inicialmente con los diferentes contratistas, evaluando también la calidad del trabajo realizado al término de las labores. A partir de la elaboración de licencias de construcción se conocieron los diferentes lineamientos dados por el estado para la concesión de las mismas y la normativa exigida por las diferentes entidades públicas al aprobar un proyecto de construcción.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The present grade work involves the performing in the infrastructure practice office of planning, advisory and infrastructure which belongs to the mayoralty of the municipality of Charta, department of Santander and perform the report of the different activities performed during the time of the practice. From the beginning of the necessities of the municipality we assigned tasks in the civil engineering area like the estimation in the contractual processes, formulation of the projects to the resources accesses, expedition of the construction licenses, and it's included as well in the technical support accomplished for the implementation of the programs bank and the public inversion project of the municipality in mention. The opportunity to conduct site visits to know the opinion of the community and through an analysis of the information collected to direct efforts to the development of projects to allow supply their needs, overseeing contracts were running was done was had and thus ensure compliance with the requirements originally agreed with the various contractors, also evaluating the quality of work done at the end of the work. From the development of building permits different guidelines given by the state for the granting thereof and the rules required by the various public entities to adopt a construction project are met.
