| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar el montaje de un salón de procesamiento de pollo para lo cual se deberá hacer el diseño de las redes de servicio, el montaje y distribución en planta de los equipos; La necesidad de realizar un nuevo salón de desprese es debido al aumento en la demanda de productos de pollo, también se busca dar solución a algunas necesidades como la disminución de los costos por el trasteo del pollo dentro de la planta y el mejoramiento de la cadena de frío del producto. Una distribución en planta adecuada busca encontrar el mejor ordenamiento de las áreas de trabajo y del equipo con el fin de conseguir la máxima economía en el trabajo al mismo tiempo que la mayor seguridad y satisfacción de los trabajadores, además una distribución en planta implica la ordenación de espacios necesarios para el movimiento del material, almacenamiento, equipos o líneas de producción, servicios para el personal, etc. Un capitulo fundamental de este proyecto tratara el tema de la distribución de los equipos en el salón, así como la determinación de las líneas de flujo del producto. El desarrollo de este proyecto iniciara con la toma de datos de las necesidades técnicas de los equipos, las cuales servirán de base para poder hacer el diseño de las redes de servicio y adecuar el salón de acuerdo a los requerimientos de los equipos y del proceso, posteriormente se procederá a la realizar el ordenamiento de los mismos cumpliendo con la secuencia del procesamiento del producto. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present work has as objective to carry out the assembly of a living room of chicken prosecution for that which will be made the design of the service nets, the assembly and distribution in plant of the teams; The necessity to carry out a new deboing living room is due to the increase in the demand of chicken products, it is also looked for to give solution to some necessities like the decrease of the costs for the I mess up of the chicken inside the plant and the improvement of the chain of cold of the product. A distribution in plant appropriate search to find the best classification in the workspaces and of the machine with the purpose of getting the maximum economy at the same time in the work that the biggest security and the workers' satisfaction, also a distribution in plant implies the ordination of necessary spaces for the movement of the material, storage, teams or production lines, services for the personnel, etc. An I surrender fundamental of this project it treated the topic of the distribution of the teams in the living room, as well as the determination of the lines of flow of the product. The development of this project began with the taking of data of the technical necessities of the teams, which will serve as base to be able to make the design of the service nets and to adapt the living room according to the requirements of the machine and of the process, later on you will proceed when carrying out the classification of the same ones fulfilling the sequence of the prosecution of the product. | |
