dc.description.abstract	En este proyecto se describe la metodología utilizada para implementar y evaluar el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional conforme a los requisitos de la NTC OHSAS 18001:2007 en el Instituto de la Juventud, el Deporte y la Recreación de Bucaramanga, para proporcionar herramientas que controlen y prevengan los riesgos a los cuales están expuestos los servidores públicos, contratistas y visitantes de la institución. Las principales etapas del proyecto son: diagnóstico, planificación, documentación, implementación, evaluación y ejecución de acciones correctivas y preventivas. En la etapa de diagnóstico, se verificó el nivel de cumplimiento del Instituto respecto a los requisitos de la norma OHSAS 18001:2007 y a partir de esta información se planificaron las actividades que se desarrollarían para el desarrollo del sistema de gestión. Durante la documentación se revisaron los registros existentes y se elaboraron los documentos exigidos por la norma, para luego pasar a la fase de implementación donde va la puesta en marcha de la documentación, la capacitación y socialización a los servidores públicos de la Institución. Una vez terminada la fase de implementación, se continúa con la evaluación donde se realizan dos auditorías internas, las cuales evidencian aspectos importantes por corregir para finalmente realizar un plan de mejora que incluye acciones correctivas y preventivas para eliminar las no conformidades halladas durante las auditorías. Este proyecto además de identificar y minimizar los riesgos del INDERBU, promovió la cultura de prevención y toma de conciencia de la importancia que tiene el bienestar integral del ser humano.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This Project describes the methodology used to implement and evaluate the Security and Occupational Health Management System in accordance with the requirements of NTC OHSAS 18001:2007 at Instituto de la Juventud, el Deporte y la Recreación de Bucaramanga, to provide tools to control and prevent risks to which they are exposed the public servants, contractors and visitors of the institution. The main stages of the project are: diagnosis, planning, documentation, implementation, evaluation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. In the diagnostic phase, we verified the level of compliance of the Institute with respect to the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007 and from this information is planned to be developed activities for the development of the management system. During the documentation existing records were reviewed and developed the documents required by the standard, and then move to the implementation phase which will start up in the documentation, training and socialization to public servants of the institution. After the implementation phase, we continue with the evaluation where there are two internal audits which demonstrate important aspects to correct to finally make an improvement plan that includes preventive and corrective actions to eliminate nonconformities found during audits. This project and identify and minimize risks INDERBU promoted the culture of prevention and awareness of the importance of the welfare of the human being.
