dc.description.abstract	El objetivo principal del presente informe es hacer una recopilación de las actividades realizadas en el marco del convenio suscrito entre la Universidad Industrial de Santander ﬁUISﬂ y El instituto de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana del Municipio de Bucaramanga ﬁINVISBUﬂ en cumplimiento al requisito para optar por el titulo de Ingeniero Civil. El documento describe las actividades que se desarrollaron al interior del INVISBU como practicante en apoyo a las labores que para el momento tenia asignadas la Subdirección Técnica del Instituto en pro de realizar la revisión del presupuesto general de las Fases IV y V del proyecto Paseo La Feria y establecer las cantidades de obra y especificaciones técnicas para la construcción de 28 viviendas que inicialmente se construirían de la manzana v de la fase V. El desarrollo del informe se da en tres partes, así, La primera contempla las actividades realizadas durante el primer bimestre de la practica, La segunda corresponde a las actividades del segundo bimestre y la tercera parte muestra el trabajo realizado en el transcurso del tercer bimestre que sirvió como inicio y consolidación del documento que se entrega como aporte al INVISBU, el cual consiste en una guía de recomendaciones técnicas y constructivas para Beneficiaros interesados en adelantar la supervisión de la actividades que se requieren para efectuar ampliaciones de sus viviendas incluidas en cualquiera de los programas de vivienda de interés social construidos por el instituto bajo el sistema de mampostería estructural confinada.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The main goal of this report is making a compilation of all the done activities framed as an agreement between the Universidad Industrial de Santander ﬁUISﬂ and El instituto de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana del Municipio de Bucaramanga ﬁINVISBUﬂ for fulfilling the last requirement to get the diploma as an Civil Engineer. This document describes all the activities performed with the INVISBU as a part of the internship backing up all duties given by the technicians for checking the general budget in phases IV and V from Paseo La Feria and, at the same time, establishing the quantity of housing work and technical specifications for the construction of 28 dwelling units built as a start of the block V of the phase V. The development of this report is made of three parts. The first one makes a full description of the activities held during the first bimonthly time of the internship, the second one describes the second bimonthly time of the internship, and finally the third part corresponds to a display of the work done along the third bimonthly time that makes part as the foundation and start of the document given to INVISBU. This one, consists of a technical and building recommendations for the beneficiary interested in having an overseeing for making dwelling adequacy including in any program related to Social Work Dwelling units done by the department using the structure confined bricking system.
