| dc.description.abstract | En la presente investigación se busca mostrar el desarrollo que tuvo la sífilis en el departamento de Santander y en especial la ciudad de Bucaramanga en referencia al flagelo venal de la sífilis. A su vez conocer y describir los diversos tratamiento teorías y personajes asociados a la enfermedad presentados en dos tópicos, medico y legislativo, el médico abordado desde los informes patologías y disposiciones entregadas por el departamento a la dirección de higiene nacional en referencia del manejo de la salud publica del departamento y la ciudad de Bucaramanga la cual será abordada desde dos tópicos el primero de tipo legislativo trabajado a partir de informes dispocisiones y ordenanzas descritas en los informes emitidos por la Asamblea de Santander a la dirección de higiene en la ciudad de Bogotá en cumplimiento de la labor profiláctica implementada en el Departamento durante 1925, por parte del gobierno nacional. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo principal exponer y presentar los diversos estadios, patologías manejos y disposiciones que fueron otorgadas por el cuerpo medico de la ciudad en el manejo de la enfermedad venérea de la sífilis durante los años 1920 – 1947, así como una primera descripción de los procesos empleados por el personal clínico y judicial del departamento en función del cuidado y salubridad del pueblo bumangués. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The focus of this research is show the syphilis development in Santander and specially in Bucaramanga, concerning the vein problem, to know and describe the treatment the medical essue is addressed from the pathology reports gave them for the healthy department the search has main objective that is expose the different places during years from 1920 to 1947. Additionally the focus in Bucaramanga 1925 is analyzed. Taking into account the scientific context in which this disease take pleace and the national and international doctor’s politicians and scientist who were involved in its treatment it is regard. Furthermore this research shows the discoveries made by local in relation ship whit the theoretic, postulates of the disease. Those postulates were ignored by the national and international doctors and the y would only be legitimated in the scientific.
